So the most economic and effective solution is to place the exhaust fan at a lower height. Instead of 9 feet place it at 6 place height .

Ma'am there are 2 sizes available, 90 cm and 60 cm. It depends on how much space have you left or are planning to leave for chimney. If you want options in 60 cm segment, you can go for Elica 1100 m³/hr 60cm chimney or Faber 60 cm 1000 m³/HR chimney. Both will ocst you around 9000.
If you want to go for 90 cm options, you can go for Faber 90 cm 1100 m³/hr or Eurodomo 90 cm 1200 m³/hr.

Chimney takes more power and require anywhere between 120 to 200 Walt to run depending on model type.
Exhaust consumption is around 70 Walt.
