Get your swelling tested by a Neurologist and get FNAC done.
Revert back after you take consultation
My superior angle is felt without much palpation. My scapula is raised and rotated forward. What do I need to do to get it back in position?
Release your pectoralis major muscle first followed by the activation of lower trapezius muscle and finally release the Pectoralis minor by stretch.
@@PhysioClassroom my initial PT appointment today and I asked what that hard bone was (superior angle). He told me t was muscle and you wouldn’t be able to feel the bone there. Now I watched your video. I hope he knows what he is doing. Thanks for the reply
