@bretmorin497 I know you've probably heard this before. But when you love someone, your connection is forever. Have you ever tried meditating. ? You should try it. Grab dome headphones and yourube search maybe try grief frequency video. Close your eyes and even lay down if you don't want to sit all fancy. :) close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Let all your thoughts slip away. Then once your comfortable think if happy moments with her. You'd be surprised my depression started because my boyfriend had passed. Then my dad. And I've list probably 20 ppl in the last 25 years. Recently I started to meditate and so many amazing things happened. Brought me life. Brought me back and even more than before. I've cried so many happy tears and have actually felt my dad hugging me. You'll know. Trust me. And your love. She wouldn't want you to live out your life like that darlin. She wants to see you thrive ✨️. You can talk to her too. If you feel comfortable. Whatever you're ok with. But it helped me. It might help you. I promise there's life out there just waiting for you to live it!!! Try not to be stubborn though okay because you deserve a good life despite our grief and sorrows. You deserve to kick ass. 👏 you deserve laughter. Happiness. If you love that hard. There's happy still in there. I can see it. 👀 I'm sorry about her. But know she wants to watch you live a happy life. You can give her that still. Let me know of you try it and it works for you. :) I'm sorry for your loss.
