very difficult for them to understand!
They are very safe and have a privileged life but there is spiritual emptiness and mom moved out.....they live w. dad. The eldest (18) is afraid she will end up like her mom. She rejects me and says she doesn't believe in God. I am born-again 50 yrs.
I am 77 and still work, driving a cab and I see so many messed up, hopeless folks who do not have God in their lives. It scares me.
I remember my own conversion and
how far away from God I was then.
How close I came to committing suicide...I had no hope and my parents love was only conditional and controlling. I had no friends. I was a good kid who made a few bad decisions and the more I tried to do better the worse it got!
Jesus is real !! Today I try to give back but it will never be enough He has given me so much!

When I was living a sinful life the Holy Spirit would tell me. I didn’t actually hear a voice but as like a second conscience it would tell me to turn around or tell me I wasn’t doing things right. I feel the Holy Spirit it tells me t do things. Sometimes things that I feel out of my element to do but it places it in my heart and it keeps knocking till I hear. ❤

God will not leave you, but you can leave God. We do the things of God because we have faith in them. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith and understanding are the same thing. Understanding comes easy to the prudent. Those who cry out for help. I always pray for understanding with humility before I study. KJV only. The " new versions" will kill you.
The Bible says sin separates us from God so this teaching is a little confusing

This ties so well into my day... I get scared sometimes that because I fail every now and then- that I'm doomed. Especially when hearing my brothers that are much older (since rebirth) preach. Reminded me that its not about being perfect from the start- but learning to live as Jesus did, and to keep faith and have humility.
