Chef Ali has worked in Dubai since 1986, he sources his produce from India & Pakistan and his secret recipe has been a fan favourite for years.

Pak liyari is one the best biryani shops lazawaab taste.....maine dubai 1 saal kuch hi aise hi din honge jab na khaya ho.. every day main is shop ki biryani khata tha ....love from India 😘😘😘😘😘

The best people to ask where’s the best food at are the locals! I asked a shop keeper where to get the best briyani, he recommended me Pak Liyari. Love the briyani, it’s something different than Singaporean briyani.

Why is it that ALL indian/pak restaurants are in competition as to who can best ruin otherwise good wholesome food by throwing in fistfuls of mirch (chillies) into it.
Why is it that when any reasonable man eats this stuff he invariably sweats. In my opinion, it is the mark of a civilised gentleman not to profusely sweat when eating food. There are only two instances when sweating is acceptable, and both involve exercise.
No food in Europe for example makes your mouth burn or youe forehead to be drenched in sweat.

I am Punjabi, so can say this nonsense ... change my mind..
And i am living Abu Dhabi for 5 years, now NEVER go to indian/pak restaurant.
South indian food ? .... oh boy, don't get me started (their chillies are on steriods and then they throw in coconut milk. .... what the f!!!)
I think the sweating was more to do with the lack of air conditioning in the venue during the dubai summer than the chilli 😂
