What is the value of IGBT using this type 3phase switching circuit , to ON for Vge=4v~5v and its output is Vce=250v &above and Ic=Ie=3A &Above and its switching time below 10ns.

the universal bridge has options in the tool menu to select the number of bridge. hope you found the answer
