    Casting is most quickest way to produce tanks in 1930's ! On the negative side armor plate is 15-20 % less resistance on shock and penetration compared to medium hardness RHA ! But you can compensate with thick and crazy oblique armor .

    It’s a French tank factory. Not sure on the model being made, might be a Renault?

      Yes, this seems to be a Renault factory. The Tanks are Renault R-35s, while the other vehicles are Renault UE supply tankettes.

      @@Johnnysupercool The basics of WHAT type of tank? You give a glib, but very ignorant, response. The video was about TANKS, it can be DEDUCED that "Back to the basics" referred to tanks. But what basics? Running gear, body shape, turret shape, armour thickness, type and size of gun, missions envisaged, engines and fuel type, range, speed.
      You demonstrate a great deal of ignorance. YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN A SOLDIER.
      I doubt you have reached 20 years old yet!

    people saying the new tanks are better and harder to make but back then people worked hard by hand to create amazing tanks like the tiger, t90 and kv2

      Some of the vehicles are R-35 light tanks while the others are Renault UE Tankettes, so there are some tanks there
