Snorkeling in popular Palau Dive Sites!

- We went with IMPAC Tours to some popular sites around the Rock Islands! This including the Milky way, Clam City, German Channel, The Big Drop Off, Carp Island Resort, and Long Beach!
We absolutely loved IMPAC Tours and would (and did) totally take another tour with them! They were fantastic and super accommodating. After some nightmare experiences in the Galapagos with tour agencies, IMPAC was a breath of fresh air.

About Us
We met in college and started a five year journey to graduate, get jobs, pay off student loans and save money to travel. After getting married we bought a one way ticket to Greece in July of 2021 and have been traveling around the Globe since. Living abroad definitely brings some unique experiences.
These laidback UA-cam videos will be our way of keeping in touch with family and friends as we explore different countries, try new and strange foods (and of course pizza), and see how many times we can avoid airplane fares. These homevideos will be the only souvenir we end up with at the end (only because nothing else will fit in our bags).

tapioca or tipi'oka is a word from somewhere in Brazil for the plant Cassava. Portuguese were the first westerners to find Micronesia, and they introduced the plant to the natives. So from then on we call it Tapioca.
It's so good!!! We got some from yanos later too!

We should not live all there and we should not all go for holidays there. I love Palau as it is. A well hidden gemstone.

Is there a lot of tourists there?
It wasn't overwhelming but there definitely were some tourist. It didn't take away from the experience! It's a bit difficult to get too, so that helps cut back on the convience!
Looks amazing! Were you able to go to the jelly fish lake, or is that a lot further out?
The Jelly fish lake has sadly lost almost all of its golden jelly fish. They said its something that happens every few years but they will eventually repopulate and come back. There are a few jelly fish lower in the lake (but you're not allowed to go too far down in the lake because of the toxic layer). The tour companies actually advise against their own tours going to Jelly fish lake. We were very sad about not swimming with them but I guess we will just have to go back 😆
They close it from time to time to recover.
