- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Louisiana style shrimp and dumplings. It combines shrimp etouffee with dumplings. This recipe calls for 4 to 6 servings. It's a different take comfort food just with seafood and it's absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.

This is exactly how I make my chicken and dumplings Charlie. It never occurred to me to make it using shrimp! This looks amazing. I'm making this the next time I have shrimps on hand.

I used to come down there in the summer time and when I woke up for breakfast I was asking for the cereal. She said we don't have no cereal down here. They was cooking fish and rice and all kind of other good things for breakfast. It just blew me away!
