I visited more than 55 countries and Lebanon is on my top list. A small country and a lot to offer. Beirut is beautiful and hiking through the mountains is magical. ❤

@@joebtraveling You're welcome. Definitely there is more and since you liked mountainous regions i suggest you visit the town of "Deir el Qamar" in Chouf district, the village of "Dlebta" in Keserwan district and Faqra ruins. These places combine nature, authentic Lebanese architecture, historical sites and some nice local cuisines.

@@BsharaShammas You'll have to keep watching then. Deir el Qamar and Beiteddine Palace are coming up in a future video!

Lebanon is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I’m not sure if you mumble a lot or your mic was in a bad place but some of your audio is horrific.

Couple of times i traveled to muy birth place Libnan is people are so frustrated with economic disaster, i was scapegoated repeatedly when they realize i have advantage of living in USA. Honestly i dont think ill ever go back. Plenty to see in USA Brazil Argentina. Especially the severe labor physical childhood abuse i went through they can keep their loser of a Libnan built on sand corrupt inefficient. Honestly i wish Israel would annex it economy would recover in a few months.

I'm sorry you don't have many fond memories living there. I hope Lebanon will recover fully one day. I know there is a lot going wrong, but there are also a lot of amazing things in Lebanon too.

Thanks for sharing your experience. On your next trip maybe try to go to Batroun up north I think it's more "lively" there. After it slowed down in Beirut, it bloomed up over there, so it might be fun to check that out. It has a typical Mediterranean village vibe. Starting to get a bit too touristy but still has an authentic feel to it. Tripoli is interesting too like you said, again very different, more Arabic/islamic. (The mamluks era souks are a must visit) Each area has a completely different feel you will find here, and all quite interesting. Best wishes ❤✌
