Yes it is. For me personally, it's probably the best cartoon I've seen since Gravity Falls. It has so many things about it that I just love and want out of a cartoon.
I remember I freaked out when I saw Hilda as a troll on the S2 finale 😭😭😭 and I would look from time to time to see if there was already another season- When the movie came out I was so happy😭😭 I can't say the same was for The Owl House cuz I only watched it when it was already finished which was two months ago-

Another example is that "spoiler alert" in the first episode of the second season Alhburg said he planned on to have a war with safety patrol against the trolls so he will be a hero to the Trolbergian public, the same with Trump that he wanted a war against the Iranians so he will be also a hero to the American people and also stupidly believed it will bring more presidential popularity. Same with Alhburg's ancestry popularity. And both of them don't believed global warming. Theory and spoilers: I Think Alhburg's plan will probably start in the 70-minute movie that will probably be named as the Mountain King and will be realese this year and Hilda (now a troll) will also be in the fight and becomes Alhburg's main enemy.
Oh, almost forgot to mention since Trump is out of the presidency and replaced by joe biden, Ahlberg may be replaced by the bell keeper or "theory" (Hilda's long lost dad) as Head of Safety Patrol.
I use Gravity Falls as to kinda tell people what to expect. Dead End might be a better comparison, but I doubt many people have seen it. Hilda and Gravity Falls are definitely not the same though (I love Hilda more tbh)
