Failed neurology certificate undergrad here, dynamic movements that help drill motor control for a full range of movement are an incredibly important component of recovering full function. Don't fall into the trap of just doing exercises, find ways to move to use the strength, coordination, and mobility gains so that you can further improve. It should be a regular activity. Movement is medicine, your motor system will thank you for paying deliberate attention to it.

Ok, Conor.. once again, you have upgraded 'the stack' process.. with specific foot loading transfer.. using the wall as the cueing tool.. and you're adding the breathing instruction.. fine tunes some of what I have been teaching over the past few decades. Thank you for bringing so much specificity in your fine tuning of all that you present. You are indeed a gifted Master in our profession. Thank you very much. Amen 🙏

I found your channel last week and I’m unbelievably impressed with your knowledge which always seems to be against the grain of traditional muscle and mobility content. Great content. I think most people are looking for ways outside of the useless static stretches that solve APT ( glutes, hip flexors, hammys and quads) or chronic tight adductors and TFLs.. these videos get so many views as people are generally desperate. Looking forward to more content. Thanks from Ireland

My body has radically changed from this bro. Been following you for 6 weeks and the last three weeks my left trap was under so much tension, from going against my asymmetry I had to back off it was too much strain. Today I stand on my left heel and traps are just a little tender. Breathing better less ribcage tension. Back is expanding on the breath all the time. Yesterday on my run my shoulder blades were rolling around back there really good, pelvis was in the right position so I could do ground reaction force really good... It feels really good. I have a lot of problems with tension in my neck, I have sagittal line fusion in my skull, and the way you explained how the twist at the top vertebrae pushes on my skull plates, dude my head has less pressure in it and less tension and I'm more relaxed as a human being, I have been working on this since I was 12, going to chrios and shit (craniosacral, acupuncture, plus a lot of other even weirder crap) Right now I'm at my stand up desk with all my pressure and weight on my left ankle, and it actually feels solid and I can sink into it, I literally wasn't able to do this 6 weeks ago, it was like standing on 1000 matchsticks... So, thanks buddy

@@conorharris Thank you man I can't overstate my appreciation for how much this changes how I feel. I have mild meralgia paranthetica so some numbness outside left leg, and a lot of weird sensations like, indescribable, and I can't pinpoint where in my body it comes from, it might come from my neck I can only guess, and the exercises for my hip thing didn't really work, but this does work. My left heel is like mashed potatoes I'm sure my body is going to be building new tissue in there with all this weight. I thought one day "If I can make these sensations go away I would be less depressed and do more with my life" Like I feel like I should be able to make them go away. So, you know neuroscience, the brain is a prediction machine, it was trying to protect me based on what it went through, I am challenging it and reprogramming it, and the same way there is physical posture there is mental posture, so now I think I have more free dopamine and epinephrine to live my life, that intuition I had was true. It's a really big deal man, it's been about 25 years since this started after some injuries, a severe shoulder dislocation, surgery, time in sling etc, exaggerating what was already a problem, and of course it had to be a neuroscience kind of answer. My body thought it was protecting me and I couldn't override it, only teaching it new patterns can work... keep it up I will support you all I can, when I can afford it I would love to work with you man, stay amazing!

OOOOK. I've known that my breathing patterns have changed and my ribs have popped into different positions (1 on each side) and I fell over to the right exhausted in the middle of screaming (fell to right and right side exhausted but holding a death grip)

Both are shitty internal rotation but right is better than left and right also has better external rotation but both have plenty.
