For future debates, there either needs to be a rule that unmuting yourself results in getting kicked, or the mod has the power to take away unmuting privelages from the debaters. Haz constantly unmuting himself so he could scream down the microphone was just ridiculous and incredibly disruptive.

His debate tactic isn't to be informed on the topic but to yell louder than anyone else. Unfortunately it works Dylan said multiple times "I'm out, i can't do this i quit" which just reinforced that tactic for someone like Haz to use it over and over again because he thinks that is winning. He hasn't persuaded anyone to his line of thinking he hasn't even clearly defined what his view on the topic is he's just forced the other person out of the argument.

I live in Poland, most of my friends are Ukrainian some of them from Donetsk. I've been following the situation in Ukraine closely for many many years. It is insane to me how uninformed those american tankies are when it comes to this part of the world.
To be fair, aside from your families immidiate surroundings, you are as clueless as to the political part of this as the rest of the world. We don't know how the coup came to be, usually those things do take external funding as there isn't a single example of a bunch of dudes grabbing guns and taking on their government and winning, and we don't know what deals Zalensky was offered by the west to make that politically suicidal move that he did, going up against Russia when his country is literally next to it. Usually you look to either have a good or neutral relation with a superpower that is right next to you.
But since you are Ukrainian and probably better informed with the local news, is it true Ukraine passed a law shortly after the coup that would force ethnic Russians in Ukraine to speak only Ukrainian with that not being the case before? Was that what started the separatist movement? And lastly, is what happened in Odessa true? By that I mean did neo-nazis start a riot there and pushed people in the Trade Union building and burned them alive in it? Was it the Azov?

From my interactions the people typically defending aggressive invasions are the people most against Russia. Even people sympathetic to Russia almost always acknowledge that any invasion is terrible and that there is no excuse for whats happening. But if you turn it around and take the moral high ground away from people who are anti Russia, they will start defending Iraq and Afghanistan.

Aryan to the Nazis is a super specific term referring to the German people, primarily those who descend from the peoples of the Holy Roman Empire (The 1st Reich) and The German Empire (The 2nd Reich), in some sense Hitler viewed the British as sort of cousins to the Germans due to the influx of Saxon invaders that settled in Britain which he used to account for Britain's imperial success. But apart from that the Nazis did not care much for the "supremacy" of other European nations. Hitler laughed at Mussolini's idea of Italian ethnic supremacy, he saw the Mediterranean peoples such as Spain and Italy as lazy and definitely inferior, he somewhat respected the French (or Franks in more medieval racial terms) but still considered them lesser and he planned to actively geocide the Slavic people even in more western/central Europe. Haz is a fucking moron who knows nothing about what the Nazis actually believed, there was no "Pan-European supremacy", there was only ever German Aryan Supremacy

Also the Ukrainian nationalists during WW2 weren't even Nazis. They were Ukrainian nationalists first and foremost who didn't care about Nazis ideas of German supremacy. They only allied with Nazis because it was convenient, not because they necessarily supported Nazi ideals.

Hitler planned to conquer east, most notably countries such as the Soviet Union, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, and replace their populations with german aryans. If the slavic people were already aryan, why would there be any need for Germanization? I dont think hitler gave much thought to the idea they might be polish aryan, or latvian aryan. Aryan absolutely meant german white people with german ancestry dating back to either the German empire or before, it did not include slavs.

He takes too long to make points, isn't concise, and I find his rhetoric to often be lacking. In a debate like this it isn't as bad, since he has someone to pull focus back, but in other debates I find listening to him frustrating. That said, a lot of his other content is perfectly fine.
