That person at the beginning was Flake. I always thought it was Schneider but it took me a while to realise it was Flake. No Ollie until the end though. People fight over whether this music video or the older one was better. I can't remember if the Making Of mentions it but the video was based off of the 1984 movie "The Company of Wolves" which was a British Gothic Fantasy film. Thank you for the video friend!
Was it Flake? I mean, he's the only logical choice as he does not appear anywhere else in the video besides the end where they're all walking together. "The Company of Wolves" was not mentioned. I had no idea... didn't see the movie either. Thank you for watching!
Can anyone explain the episode with Richard in a dress? It did look as if the girl transformed into him after all the love bites, or at least Richard was supposed to impersonate her, except the end of the video makes it obvious that wasn't the case. So just.. why?
Okay, so the whole band is in a single person, they are just alternating between each others looks, they are sharing the same bodies. So Till goes to bed with the girl then he comes out as Richard with the girls dress on him but it's the same person. It's all the way a single person but with different looks.
Since each member of the band represents Rammstein as a single entity and in this case it is a supernatural werewolf, that just "infected" her, with some sort of sexual interchange on the bed, in the previous scene... The way i see the part with Richard on her dress is: Now Rammstein/the werewolf, it's inside her, part of her, and she no longer is who she was before, now she is transformed, so her human nature is "dead", that's why the dress is "destroyed", gooey, bloody, and on Richard; she is now part of them too. At the end when the people at the party find her she is just on her underwear and apparently dead, but then she opens her eyes and now we know that she is "undead" as a female werewolf, just like the band.
Am I honest? I love the first official video a thousand times more, I feel that in its simplicity it says it all, much more to me 🤭, but it's a matter of taste, of course.
hey take a look at a song by the "Böhse Onkelz". They are all very cool, but recommend #Böhse Onkelz - Ich mache was ich will (Böhse für's Leben 2015)# ✌

is the order in which they appear in the video
Yeah, I reallllly didn't recognize Flakke... he looks so different.
i thought it was just paul and schneider
For 1998, this is an outstanding video that has aged well.
I like the violins playing in the background.
PS: Yes it's Flake!
Flake looks so different, LoL!
My first encounter with Rammstein, and i still love the song and video very much!
Glad to hear. :)
stunning video for that time
Absolutely!
Yay finally! I love this video so much 🖤
Glad you enjoyed it. ;)
It's fun fact that we can see Ollie only in the end when they all gone
Yeah, it's true, he barely appears at the end. It's normal for Ollie. :)

@@xsezz Yes, is Flake ;)
@@xsezz I could only tell it was Flake when he started making facial expressions before going on all fours. It shocks me sometimes
@@educatedmarine I've watched the video again and it still doesn't look like him, LoL! Must be the hair...

I have the same questions. :D

@@izzybell6735 Interesting theory. I get it.
@@MiyuMedia Similar theory to the comment above. It answers my questions and it makes sense. Thank you!
Seine Reaktionen sind toll!!!
First one was flake. There so young so its hard to tell.
Yeah, he was barely in it!
When he sniffed the lady's shoulder, all I could think of was Joe Biden...

Sounds good! Will do! Thank you for the suggestion.
The new Onkelz songs sound like crap. Better listen to some older ones.
