Here is mine: 1. Season 5 - It has one of my all time favorite episodes! Micheal Angelis and Alec Baldwin did pretty good narration. 2. Season 4 - It has really good music cues, as well as some my favorite things! 3. Season 2 - It’s not as good as Season 5 or 4, but it’s better than Season 1. 4. Season 1 - The only reason why I like this is because of the Flying Kipper and Thomas and Gordon episodes. Fairly average season. 5. Season 3 - Not many new characters introduce, but it does have some beautiful settings. 6. Season 7 - The Michael Brandon dub is ok, but I like the UK dubs are better. It’s a good season, but it’s not good as the other seasons on this list, besides... 7. Season 6 - There are a few reasons why I put this one lowest on my list. 1: Alec Baldwin’s sad narration. 2: A few poorly-written episodes, such as Middle Engine and Thomas, Percy & the Squeak. And 3: Terribly-painted sets and engines, plus very dull lighting. But overall, this season is definitely better than the new series and CGI episodes. Please respect my opinion.
Here's my top 10 favorite seasons of the show (not just the classic model series) but the show its self: 10: Season 7 (it was actually excellent but pretty decent at the same time. Also, Angelis narration is really really not great at all. Also for Brandon, I personally don't mind his narration. I just find his narration hate overrated. ) 9: Season 11 (I know what your thinking, why a season from the HiT Entertainment Model Era, well becuz it have a lot of great episodes to watch but I found it prior to the Sharon Miller Era, not counting seasons 9-12) 8: Season 8 (this and season 11 were really decent but better seasons of the HiT Entertainment Model Series) 7: Season 17-18 (huge improvement over seasons 14-15 mostly becuz they put a lot of exciting moments on this season like Oliver Toad Duck etc making a huge comeback since season 12). 6: Season 20 (by far the best of the CGI Series. It's not as good as the Classic Era) 5: Season 3 (number 5 since there were a few epsiodes that were really cringe to smell on like Gordon And The Famous Visitor, One Good Turn, And Tender Engines, but still a really outstanding season). 4: Season 1 (A really great start to the show but it has a few duds like James being in his red paint rather than being painted black, still like season 3, its outstanding). 3: Season 4 (It's the most overrated seaosn in my opinion but still a legend season like the narrow guage engines appearing there's just a few episodes that are not really cringey and all that stuff like Passengers And Polish and Henry and the Elephant) 2: Season 2 (Ringo Starr's best narration for both U.K. and U.S. in my opinion and a 2 legend season.) There are so many reasons why: #01: Season 6 first premiered on the same exact year I was born: 2002. #02: Season 6 was also Alec Baldwin's second and final season as the narrator. #03: Harvey and Elizabeth are two of my favourite newbies of Season 6.

I just knew this was coming! I always remember watching this when I was a kid in Primary School when I got home and I still love watching this season today! Maybe the OWNER of Mattel is FORCING his employees to make the reboot, and the employees themselves don’t wanna do it: they just do it so they can have money for their kids going to school and whatnot. Since this is my opinion, you do not have to follow it. It is just my opinion after all, and we’re all entitled to our opinions.

Here’s an episode suggestion: Make a BIG list of 20 or 30 of your favorite Thomas dories of ALL from the railway series to Thomas and Friends Series 1-24 (including Jack and the Pack). That’ll give you something to think hard about!

I personally think some of the episodes of seasons 6 & 7 don't get that much love because I think some of them are pretty good like Peace & Quiet and Thomas the Jet Engine.

I enjoyed watching the classic series of Thomas & Friends on UA-cam on my iPad when I was a kid even though I grew up watching the Hit era first. My favorite season would be Season 5 because of the dramatic scenes we get like the yelling and screaming from Cranky saying I CAAAAAAAAAAAAN’T or when Cranky falls off to the ground. Imagine seeing that in the CGI series where Cranky falls onto the track!
3:46-3:57 When I watch the episodes Pop Goes the Diesel Diesels Devious Deed and Diesel Does it Again. Carlin’s Diesel Growl used to freak me out as a kid and it still does right until this day. That’s why I preferred Ringo Starrs and Michael Angelis’ Diesel Growl over George Carlins. Carlin’s Diesel Growl is more scarier and intimidating imo than Starrs and Angelis.
My favorite Classic Series seasons are Series 4 and 5. Yes, I know they’re overrated, but I enjoy them. My favorite episodes from the fourth season are Thomas & The Special Letter, Fish, Four Little Engines, Steamroller, Train Stops Play, Trucks, Granpuff, Sleeping Beauty, Special Funnel, Toad Stands By, Bowled Out and Paint Pots & Queens. For the fifth season, my favorites are Thomas, Percy & Old Slow Coach, Baa!, Lady Hatt’s Birthday Party, Cranky Bugs, Stepney Gets Lost, James & The Trouble With Trees, Put Upon Percy, A Surprise for Percy and Haunted Henry.

My favorite thomas episode from season 5 has to be "Duncan Gets Spooked" because the music at night and during rusty's ghost story were terrifying! Facepalm, Ugh I knew these would be the Classic Seasons to be on this list and as a person who watched all 26 episodes for each season of The Classic Series Last year I'm gonna have to give my opinions on each Season of the Classic Era that appeared on the main list of yours Trevor and I'll say my favorite episode for each season and I'll save the honorable mentions for last.
5. Season 1: Yes I agree that it is more simpler but this is still my all time favorite season of entire Classic Series and my second favorite season of the classic series and my favorite episodes will have to be:
The Thomas the Tank Engine Quadrilogy: Mainly because it was Thomas's introduction
James the Red Engine Trilogy: Mainly because James went on a redemption quest in which I also had a redemption quest in my final year in High School from 2019-2020
Tank Engine Thomas Again Quadrilogy: I have a lot of great memories with this saga especially with the memorable episodes from this saga like Thomas Goes Fishing, Thomas, Terence and the Snow & Thomas & Bertie that are still in my head to this day
Toby the Tram Engine Trilogy: It was the introduction to Toby, plus the fact that he has been my favorite Thomas Character ever since I was little plus the fact that I can relate to him nowadays since I do get reminded of my past when I used to be in my K-8 Grade Center School.
Down the Mine: Still is my favorite episodes that was adapted from the Gordon the Big Engine Book. Also I agree that I like Ringo Starr's Narration in this Season
4. Season 2: HANDS DOWN my number one favorite season of the entire classic series and the fact that I also like Ringo Starr's Narration in this season, my Favorite Episodes from this season are:
Old Iron: I remember so well to this day mainly because of the fact of the famous runaway scene with Edward & James which still remands in my head to this very day.
Better Late than Never: I can relate to this episode mainly because they were a few instances that a school bus to my High School program either A: Arrived late or B: Never comes
Thomas Comes to Breakfast: Another memorable episode that I have not forgotten about and still remember to this day and I still remember Thomas crashing into the Station masters house which was one of the memorable set piece I still remember to this day.
Edward's Exploit: This episode showed that never gave up and had determination in him to get his passengers home, which was similar where I had a lot of Determination when I went through my final year in High School and the fact that I never gave up and kept going, and when I struggled on to 100% Complete Mario Kart 8 Deluxe back in September and October of Last year I still remember what Edward did in that episode and that I never gave up and I believed in myself until I finally completed the game.
Ghost Train: This Episode scared me back when I was a kid and it still scares me now, not to mention Ringo Starr's Narration is what made that episode terrifying to me.
3. Season 5: OH GOD WHY THIS SEASON???.... look I'm very sorry people and I'm VERY sorry Trevor but I used to like Season 5 and I wanted to like it but unfortunately when watching again for the second time last year to give my opinion on each episode I do find it to be one of the most overrated seasons of the entire Classic Series, need I remind you that THIS season was to showcase Magic Railroad and look at how that film turned out since both this season and the failure Magic Railroad sealed Thomas's Fate to be bought by Hit Entertainment, and to quote NWR1991 on his thoughts on the season which are the same as mines. ''the models and sets, they do look great as usual. But story and creative wise, it was a total mixed bag.'' However I really love Michael Angelis's Narrations for this season. Alright now on to my favorite episodes from this season.
Cranky Bugs: It was Cranky's Debut episode which still remands in my head to this day and the episode that Cranky one of the most famous Thomas Characters ever. Also for the fact that I raelly love Alec Baldwin's yell when Cranky fell down for the first time it was HILARIOUS.
A Better View for Gordon: This episode is still in my head to this to this day because it was my first time (I think) that I saw Gordon pulling Red Express coaches outside of the Green Express coaches since at the time I usually saw Gordon pull the Red Express in the Hit Model Era intro, plus the fact it was the first introduction to Kirk Rowan station and who cannot forget Gordon's famous crash through the station in which that became one of the famous running gags by Thomas YTP channel The Real Xbox Nerd or TRXN. However the only flaw from this episode it will have to be the real life event that this episode was based on especially with it's crash and to quote NWR1991 about this episode regarding it ''Rather than have Gordon with steaming problems, why not braking problems? In fact the incident that this episode was based on was caused by braking failure.'' But this was still a good overall and still one of my favorite episode from this season despite it's biggest flaw.
Lady Hatt's Birthday Party: FINALLY Sir Topham Hatt gets an episode where he is the main character and not Thomas and his friends and it was really great plus the fact the many ways that Sir Topham Hatt tries to get to Lady Hatt's Birthday but each one is a flop each time, like his Car running into a pot hole, Caroline overheating and possibly my favorite scene George spinning out of control in which he lands into the mud which causes Sir Topham Hatt to fall into the mud until finally he makes it on time thanks to Thomas.
Haunted Henry: My favorite spooky episode from this season plus the fact that the crash where the trucks fell was crazy.
Double Teething Troubles: I would definitely agree with NWR1991 with this episode really does feel like a story that would fit perfectly well into The Railway Series.
Something in the Air: Another one of my favorite Henry episodes from this season.
Happy Ever After: This was the very first preschool show to actually feature a Wedding episode (Arthur would later follow suite many years later) and it is amazing and heartwarming as well and I really like Percy's face after he got kissed by Mrs. Kyndley's Daughter, I would probably have that same reaction if I ever get kissed by a Beautiful Lady.
Sir Topham Hatt's Holiday: Just like Lady Hatt's Birthday Party this was another great episode where Sir Topham Hatt was the main character and I would definitely agree with NWR1991 on what he said where he found it funny that the camera revealed that Percy was pushing the canal boat on the breakdown train. Also I would agree with him on this quote regarding Annie & Clarabel's new look ''With Annie and Clarabel and there smart new look, I think it was a clever way to give the original models a send off''. Plus the fact I really love the moment where Sir Topham Hatt Ducked when Tiger Moth was coming close to him.
Make Someone Happy: This is still a good episode to this day plus the fact that I can relate to this episode since a few of my friends' relatives unfortunately passed away, and when this pandemic is over I want to make them happy as possible, and I make people happy in general.
Busy Going Backwards: I agree with you Trevor this was a fun episode indeed
2. Season 3: My Third Favorite Season of The Classic Series, and I really love Michael Angelis's narration for this season, since this was his debut season. Ok here are my favorite episodes from this Season
Percy's Promise: I can relate to this episode myself since even though I sometimes do break promises most of the time I never break promises plus the fact that just like Edward in Edward's Exploit, Percy had a lot of Determination to get the children home during the storm and he braved through it and never gave up.
Thomas, Percy & the Dragon: This Episode is still in my head to this very day and is still my favorite episode from this season especially the night time scenes where Thomas was taking the Chinese Dragon.
Thomas, Percy & the Mail/Post Train: This was an amazing episode plus the fact that The Unlucky Tug was right that the episodes that take place at night are the best ones.
Buzz Buzz: This episode still remands in my head to this day especially the scene where James's nose gets stung by a Bee.
All at Sea: Obviously this is an amazing episode especially the ending shot where, Thomas, Percy & Duck were all looking out at the Sunset it is fantastic.
Escape: I do have to agree with you on this episode Trevor.
1. Season 4: UGH again I'm sorry Trevor I also consider season 4 to be a very overrated season plus in my opinion it's not as memorable as the first 3 seasons or even the seasons following it and yes even Season 7 was more memorable than this season in my opinion, and to quote NWR1991 because I to also have the same thoughts on this season, ''I'll say this, I think the production order of S4 was poorly laid out. There were more episodes focusing on the narrow gauge engines then the standard gauge engines and what they could've done instead is a back and forth motion have like four stories focusing on the narrow gauge engines and then another four on the standard gauge engines. Because to be honest, I was getting tired of seeing the narrow gauge engines constantly. They were fine characters but can't we see something else? It was exhausting and I think they needed a break. I'll also point this out, stories like 'Henry and the Elephant', 'Toad Stands By' , 'Bulls Eyes' and Paint Pots & Queens' are redundant. I feel that these stories were treated as left overs. This isn't me saying that this season was bad but it did make me feel annoyed with the creative output they gave to it, But some adaptations were good and stayed true to the original with some minor liberties which I'm OK with. However I will give credit for the visuals in this series, especially in the narrow gauge stories. The mountains, scenery and all was just beautiful and there were great industrial settings and countryside for the standard gauge stories too. Excellent work to the production team for the effort.'' And also I really love Michael Angelis's narration in this season as well. Alright then now my favorite episodes from this season:
Granpuff: I think the best way to describe my thoughts on this episode is by quoting NWR1991's review on the episode, ''I think it was a nice origin story, although I think it would've been better if it was shown later once kids began to know who Peter Sam and Sir Handel are. It's quite simple but it was heartful and emotional with the idea of no one buying Duke because he was too old and Sir Handel and Peter Sam trying to show some optimism but were facing reality that Duke might never come to their railway'.
Sleeping Beauty: Same opinion like NWR1991 regarding this episode ''this was a nice conclusion but why is the finale the second story of this line up? In the book it worked because we were getting to know Duke and his adventures with Sir Handel and Peter Sam back on the Mid-Sodor line through other stories and the people who had listened to those stories were inspired to find him'.'
Thomas and the Special Letter: This is one episodes that I still remember to this very day especially the famous crash from Thomas, and also for the fact that this was a good episode to celebrate the shows's milestone of 100 episodes not to mention this is a fitting episode since around the same time it was the franchises 50th Anniversary so this was a great episode to celebrate both the milestone of the show and the franchises 50 year legacy.
Fish: I have to agree with many people that the episode is SO MUCH better than the original story and I would agree on what Chris Tomson said on his thoughts on the episode ''The mood is set brilliantly, we actually see Thomas telling Duck about his incident with fish rather than it feeling like a hand-wave and the accident was shot brilliantly.''
Mind that Bike: this is also another episode that is also better than the OG story however I do have one criticism regarding this episode and it is once again to quote NWR1991 on it ''I wish they went with the boys playing with the bike and almost getting hurt instead of Tom Tipper being careless. For the former it would've been a great message to tell kids that playing on railway property is dangerous and that you shouldn't be touching other people's property''.
Season 6: I much prefer this season over Season 5 ANYDAY plus the fact Michael Angelis's narration on this season is SO MUCH better than Alec Baldwin's garbage narration from that season.
Season 7: I agree with you Trevor that this season was VERY WEAK plus the fact that Michael Angelis's Narration on this season was a HUGE downgrade from his Season 6 Narration. And while I do like Michael Brandon's narration I do like it in some episodes from this season like Percy Gets it Right & Salty's Stormy Tale.
Season 3 Season 2/4 Season 1 Those are the true classic seasons I called that the classic era Season 5-6 Are different and a lot of stuff changed after season 4 so that’s just my opinion Season 7-11 the Hit Entertainment era I think season seven counts in this era because of Emily Michael Brandon and the US I don’t think season 12 counts because how bad it is and the hit Entertainment era wasn’t even that bad Season 12-16 I find season 12 in the Miller era Because it’s just as bad Season 17-21 Brenner era It’s decent I would’ve loved it more if Duck was back in the main cast and Emily was written out of the show I don’t really like season 21 because there’s some crappy stuff that happened Season 22-24 bwba era just bad Season 25-present Probably going to be just a very very bad future for the franchise But in conclusion Seasons 1-4 Are the best seasons season 3 is my absolute favorite But all four of the seasons are wonderful memorable and full of childhood memories

Dirty Work is bad cuz of how Diesel wants to get rid of Duck and that made me mad sometimes is like being a jerk to your friend to tricking them and so does Daisy I know some people like her character but I just don't like her character even tho she's being lazy and stuff. That's my opinion.

And 3: Terribly-painted sets and engines, plus very dull lighting. But overall, this season is definitely better than the new series and CGI episodes.

Here's my top 10 favorite seasons of the show (not just the classic model series) but the show its self:
10: Season 7 (it was actually excellent but pretty decent at the same time. Also, Angelis narration is really really not great at all. Also for Brandon, I personally don't mind his narration. I just find his narration hate overrated. )
9: Season 11 (I know what your thinking, why a season from the HiT Entertainment Model Era, well becuz it have a lot of great episodes to watch but I found it prior to the Sharon Miller Era, not counting seasons 9-12)
8: Season 8 (this and season 11 were really decent but better seasons of the HiT Entertainment Model Series)
7: Season 17-18 (huge improvement over seasons 14-15 mostly becuz they put a lot of exciting moments on this season like Oliver Toad Duck etc making a huge comeback since season 12).
6: Season 20 (by far the best of the CGI Series. It's not as good as the Classic Era)
5: Season 3 (number 5 since there were a few epsiodes that were really cringe to smell on like Gordon And The Famous Visitor, One Good Turn, And Tender Engines, but still a really outstanding season).
4: Season 1 (A really great start to the show but it has a few duds like James being in his red paint rather than being painted black, still like season 3, its outstanding).
3: Season 4 (It's the most overrated seaosn in my opinion but still a legend season like the narrow guage engines appearing there's just a few episodes that are not really cringey and all that stuff like Passengers And Polish and Henry and the Elephant)
2: Season 2 (Ringo Starr's best narration for both U.K. and U.S. in my opinion and a 2 legend season.)

There are so many reasons why:
#01: Season 6 first premiered on the same exact year I was born: 2002.
#02: Season 6 was also Alec Baldwin's second and final season as the narrator.
#03: Harvey and Elizabeth are two of my favourite newbies of Season 6.

I enjoyed watching the classic series of Thomas & Friends on UA-cam on my iPad when I was a kid even though I grew up watching the Hit era first. My favorite season would be Season 5 because of the dramatic scenes we get like the yelling and screaming from Cranky saying I CAAAAAAAAAAAAN’T or when Cranky falls off to the ground. Imagine seeing that in the CGI series where Cranky falls onto the track!

3:46-3:57 When I watch the episodes Pop Goes the Diesel Diesels Devious Deed and Diesel Does it Again. Carlin’s Diesel Growl used to freak me out as a kid and it still does right until this day. That’s why I preferred Ringo Starrs and Michael Angelis’ Diesel Growl over George Carlins. Carlin’s Diesel Growl is more scarier and intimidating imo than Starrs and Angelis.
I love Season 3 the most because of Thomas going with the flow and having what was like the Edward greatness.

Facepalm, Ugh I knew these would be the Classic Seasons to be on this list and as a person who watched all 26 episodes for each season of The Classic Series Last year I'm gonna have to give my opinions on each Season of the Classic Era that appeared on the main list of yours Trevor and I'll say my favorite episode for each season and I'll save the honorable mentions for last.
5. Season 1: Yes I agree that it is more simpler but this is still my all time favorite season of entire Classic Series and my second favorite season of the classic series and my favorite episodes will have to be:
The Thomas the Tank Engine Quadrilogy: Mainly because it was Thomas's introduction
James the Red Engine Trilogy: Mainly because James went on a redemption quest in which I also had a redemption quest in my final year in High School from 2019-2020
Tank Engine Thomas Again Quadrilogy: I have a lot of great memories with this saga especially with the memorable episodes from this saga like Thomas Goes Fishing, Thomas, Terence and the Snow & Thomas & Bertie that are still in my head to this day
Toby the Tram Engine Trilogy: It was the introduction to Toby, plus the fact that he has been my favorite Thomas Character ever since I was little plus the fact that I can relate to him nowadays since I do get reminded of my past when I used to be in my K-8 Grade Center School.
Down the Mine: Still is my favorite episodes that was adapted from the Gordon the Big Engine Book.
Also I agree that I like Ringo Starr's Narration in this Season
4. Season 2: HANDS DOWN my number one favorite season of the entire classic series and the fact that I also like Ringo Starr's Narration in this season, my Favorite Episodes from this season are:
Old Iron: I remember so well to this day mainly because of the fact of the famous runaway scene with Edward & James which still remands in my head to this very day.
Better Late than Never: I can relate to this episode mainly because they were a few instances that a school bus to my High School program either
A: Arrived late
or
B: Never comes
Thomas Comes to Breakfast: Another memorable episode that I have not forgotten about and still remember to this day and I still remember Thomas crashing into the Station masters house which was one of the memorable set piece I still remember to this day.
Edward's Exploit: This episode showed that never gave up and had determination in him to get his passengers home, which was similar where I had a lot of Determination when I went through my final year in High School and the fact that I never gave up and kept going, and when I struggled on to 100% Complete Mario Kart 8 Deluxe back in September and October of Last year I still remember what Edward did in that episode and that I never gave up and I believed in myself until I finally completed the game.
Ghost Train: This Episode scared me back when I was a kid and it still scares me now, not to mention Ringo Starr's Narration is what made that episode terrifying to me.
3. Season 5: OH GOD WHY THIS SEASON???.... look I'm very sorry people and I'm VERY sorry Trevor but I used to like Season 5 and I wanted to like it but unfortunately when watching again for the second time last year to give my opinion on each episode I do find it to be one of the most overrated seasons of the entire Classic Series, need I remind you that THIS season was to showcase Magic Railroad and look at how that film turned out since both this season and the failure Magic Railroad sealed Thomas's Fate to be bought by Hit Entertainment, and to quote NWR1991 on his thoughts on the season which are the same as mines. ''the models and sets, they do look great as usual. But story and creative wise, it was a total mixed bag.'' However I really love Michael Angelis's Narrations for this season. Alright now on to my favorite episodes from this season.
Cranky Bugs: It was Cranky's Debut episode which still remands in my head to this day and the episode that Cranky one of the most famous Thomas Characters ever. Also for the fact that I raelly love Alec Baldwin's yell when Cranky fell down for the first time it was HILARIOUS.
A Better View for Gordon: This episode is still in my head to this to this day because it was my first time (I think) that I saw Gordon pulling Red Express coaches outside of the Green Express coaches since at the time I usually saw Gordon pull the Red Express in the Hit Model Era intro, plus the fact it was the first introduction to Kirk Rowan station and who cannot forget Gordon's famous crash through the station in which that became one of the famous running gags by Thomas YTP channel The Real Xbox Nerd or TRXN. However the only flaw from this episode it will have to be the real life event that this episode was based on especially with it's crash and to quote NWR1991 about this episode regarding it ''Rather than have Gordon with steaming problems, why not braking problems? In fact the incident that this episode was based on was caused by braking failure.'' But this was still a good overall and still one of my favorite episode from this season despite it's biggest flaw.
Lady Hatt's Birthday Party: FINALLY Sir Topham Hatt gets an episode where he is the main character and not Thomas and his friends and it was really great plus the fact the many ways that Sir Topham Hatt tries to get to Lady Hatt's Birthday but each one is a flop each time, like his Car running into a pot hole, Caroline overheating and possibly my favorite scene George spinning out of control in which he lands into the mud which causes Sir Topham Hatt to fall into the mud until finally he makes it on time thanks to Thomas.
Haunted Henry: My favorite spooky episode from this season plus the fact that the crash where the trucks fell was crazy.
Double Teething Troubles: I would definitely agree with NWR1991 with this episode really does feel like a story that would fit perfectly well into The Railway Series.
Something in the Air: Another one of my favorite Henry episodes from this season.
Happy Ever After: This was the very first preschool show to actually feature a Wedding episode (Arthur would later follow suite many years later) and it is amazing and heartwarming as well and I really like Percy's face after he got kissed by Mrs. Kyndley's Daughter, I would probably have that same reaction if I ever get kissed by a Beautiful Lady.
Sir Topham Hatt's Holiday: Just like Lady Hatt's Birthday Party this was another great episode where Sir Topham Hatt was the main character and I would definitely agree with NWR1991 on what he said where he found it funny that the camera revealed that Percy was pushing the canal boat on the breakdown train. Also I would agree with him on this quote regarding Annie & Clarabel's new look ''With Annie and Clarabel and there smart new look, I think it was a clever way to give the original models a send off''. Plus the fact I really love the moment where Sir Topham Hatt Ducked when Tiger Moth was coming close to him.
Make Someone Happy: This is still a good episode to this day plus the fact that I can relate to this episode since a few of my friends' relatives unfortunately passed away, and when this pandemic is over I want to make them happy as possible, and I make people happy in general.
Busy Going Backwards: I agree with you Trevor this was a fun episode indeed
2. Season 3: My Third Favorite Season of The Classic Series, and I really love Michael Angelis's narration for this season, since this was his debut season. Ok here are my favorite episodes from this Season
Percy's Promise: I can relate to this episode myself since even though I sometimes do break promises most of the time I never break promises plus the fact that just like Edward in Edward's Exploit, Percy had a lot of Determination to get the children home during the storm and he braved through it and never gave up.
Thomas, Percy & the Dragon: This Episode is still in my head to this very day and is still my favorite episode from this season especially the night time scenes where Thomas was taking the Chinese Dragon.
Thomas, Percy & the Mail/Post Train: This was an amazing episode plus the fact that The Unlucky Tug was right that the episodes that take place at night are the best ones.
Buzz Buzz: This episode still remands in my head to this day especially the scene where James's nose gets stung by a Bee.
All at Sea: Obviously this is an amazing episode especially the ending shot where, Thomas, Percy & Duck were all looking out at the Sunset it is fantastic.
Escape: I do have to agree with you on this episode Trevor.
1. Season 4: UGH again I'm sorry Trevor I also consider season 4 to be a very overrated season plus in my opinion it's not as memorable as the first 3 seasons or even the seasons following it and yes even Season 7 was more memorable than this season in my opinion, and to quote NWR1991 because I to also have the same thoughts on this season, ''I'll say this, I think the production order of S4 was poorly laid out. There were more episodes focusing on the narrow gauge engines then the standard gauge engines and what they could've done instead is a back and forth motion have like four stories focusing on the narrow gauge engines and then another four on the standard gauge engines. Because to be honest, I was getting tired of seeing the narrow gauge engines constantly. They were fine characters but can't we see something else? It was exhausting and I think they needed a break. I'll also point this out, stories like 'Henry and the Elephant', 'Toad Stands By' , 'Bulls Eyes' and Paint Pots & Queens' are redundant. I feel that these stories were treated as left overs. This isn't me saying that this season was bad but it did make me feel annoyed with the creative output they gave to it, But some adaptations were good and stayed true to the original with some minor liberties which I'm OK with. However I will give credit for the visuals in this series, especially in the narrow gauge stories. The mountains, scenery and all was just beautiful and there were great industrial settings and countryside for the standard gauge stories too. Excellent work to the production team for the effort.'' And also I really love Michael Angelis's narration in this season as well. Alright then now my favorite episodes from this season:
Granpuff: I think the best way to describe my thoughts on this episode is by quoting NWR1991's review on the episode, ''I think it was a nice origin story, although I think it would've been better if it was shown later once kids began to know who Peter Sam and Sir Handel are. It's quite simple but it was heartful and emotional with the idea of no one buying Duke because he was too old and Sir Handel and Peter Sam trying to show some optimism but were facing reality that Duke might never come to their railway'.
Sleeping Beauty: Same opinion like NWR1991 regarding this episode ''this was a nice conclusion but why is the finale the second story of this line up? In the book it worked because we were getting to know Duke and his adventures with Sir Handel and Peter Sam back on the Mid-Sodor line through other stories and the people who had listened to those stories were inspired to find him'.'
Thomas and the Special Letter: This is one episodes that I still remember to this very day especially the famous crash from Thomas, and also for the fact that this was a good episode to celebrate the shows's milestone of 100 episodes not to mention this is a fitting episode since around the same time it was the franchises 50th Anniversary so this was a great episode to celebrate both the milestone of the show and the franchises 50 year legacy.
Fish: I have to agree with many people that the episode is SO MUCH better than the original story and I would agree on what Chris Tomson said on his thoughts on the episode ''The mood is set brilliantly, we actually see Thomas telling Duck about his incident with fish rather than it feeling like a hand-wave and the accident was shot brilliantly.''
Mind that Bike: this is also another episode that is also better than the OG story however I do have one criticism regarding this episode and it is once again to quote NWR1991 on it ''I wish they went with the boys playing with the bike and almost getting hurt instead of Tom Tipper being careless. For the former it would've been a great message to tell kids that playing on railway property is dangerous and that you shouldn't be touching other people's property''.
And now for the Honorable mentions:
Season 6: I much prefer this season over Season 5 ANYDAY plus the fact Michael Angelis's narration on this season is SO MUCH better than Alec Baldwin's garbage narration from that season.
Season 7: I agree with you Trevor that this season was VERY WEAK plus the fact that Michael Angelis's Narration on this season was a HUGE downgrade from his Season 6 Narration. And while I do like Michael Brandon's narration I do like it in some episodes from this season like Percy Gets it Right & Salty's Stormy Tale.

Those are the true classic seasons I called that the classic era
Season 5-6 Are different and a lot of stuff changed after season 4 so that’s just my opinion
Season 7-11 the Hit Entertainment era I think season seven counts in this era because of Emily Michael Brandon and the US I don’t think season 12 counts because how bad it is and the hit Entertainment era wasn’t even that bad
Season 12-16 I find season 12 in the Miller era Because it’s just as bad
Season 17-21 Brenner era It’s decent I would’ve loved it more if Duck was back in the main cast and Emily was written out of the show I don’t really like season 21 because there’s some crappy stuff that happened
Season 22-24 bwba era just bad
Season 25-present Probably going to be just a very very bad future for the franchise
But in conclusion Seasons 1-4 Are the best seasons season 3 is my absolute favorite But all four of the seasons are wonderful memorable and full of childhood memories

5) Season 5 (This season is great and all, but sometimes had horrible episodes like Thomas & the Rumors and A Big Surprise for Percy.)
4) Season 2 (Not one of my favorites, Ringo Starr's narration improve a lot, but sometimes had horrible episodes like Dirty Work and Daisy.)
3) Season 1 (This one really kicks it off with a BANG, Sometimes those episodes are very boring expect The Flying Kipper love that scary crash scene.)
2) Season 4 (My 2nd favorite season off all time, Rusty Rescues Stepney is a LEGENDARY song that gives me OMEGA GOOSEBUMPS.)

Dirty Work is bad cuz of how Diesel wants to get rid of Duck and that made me mad sometimes is like being a jerk to your friend to tricking them and so does Daisy I know some people like her character but I just don't like her character even tho she's being lazy and stuff. That's my opinion.
