Great video! Thank you for showing in practice how group meetings work.
I do have a question about availability across team members.
Can HubSpot Meetings pull availability of team members from Google Calendar?
For example, Ali and Will had only 11:30 am slot available. What if Will schedules a meeting via Google cal on his google account at 11:30am. Will then this slot disappear from the scheduling link?
    Thank you again!

Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! This is a great question - yes, you can connect your Google calendar so it only shows your reps availability. So if Will gets booked for 11:30 that time will no longer show as available. I hope this helps!

We were just looking at this, but it looks like whoever sets it up owns the scheduled events? We hesitated because we want to be sure the folx getting the meetings assigned to them get “credit” or that they get tracked appropriately in our dashboards. Any insight on that nuance?

That's correct, it will show meetings assigned based on who created the link. HubSpot doesn't support counting other attendees right now, but I do see many requests for it in the HubSpot Community. Hope to see that updated sometime soon!

In the meetings area in HubSpot.
    Setup that meeting link page.

Great Video. Got a question re: Booking a meeting on a sale's rep calendar while on the phone with a contact
We have business development reps that cold/warm call contacts. Their job is to try to book a meeting with the contact with the regional Sales Rep. It would be great if, while on the phone with a contact you can book someone else's calendar without having to go to Outlook and send the calendar invite to the appropriate parties, such as the Sales Rep and the contact. If a sales rep and pre-sales (demo) person need to be on the call, then you can see the conflicts of the calendar. In other words, mimic what you can do with a meeting invite in Outlook, but have it in HubSpot.

As you know, you send a meeting link off to the prospect and in some cases they never get around to even booking the meeting themselves.

Hi Chris! Thanks so much for watching 😃 Can you restate your question? From what I am gathering, you would likely want to have your BD reps create shared meeting links with each of the Regional reps so that it can take into consideration availability of both of their calendars. Let me know if that answers your question or if you need more information!

HubSpot needs to add group meetings for customers too. Think group orientations and things like that

actually HubSpot did just make it possible to add guests to meetings using the meetings link (not sure if you saw that?) 0 we just published a vid on that today! ua-cam.com/video/CD0JS_adgDU/v-deo.htmlsi=EyxLk5IHvXfxNtVT

@@HubSpotHacks I'm talking about customer facing. So for example to be able to send out a link to 10 customers and have them all book a meeting for a group orientation with multiple different attendees they are unaware of.
