Hello! I am looking at running mock interviews for my students. The problem we face is having (20) different assistants running their own mock interviews with multiple students in each group. Can I schedule all of these from my Calendly to run simultaneously?
Is there a way to allow the person that signed up for the meeting to cancel/reschedule their meeting if they wanted to? How can I set that up for them to have access to?
When someone books a meeting with you, they'll automatically get a conformation email. This email, by default, will include links that allow invitees to cancel or reschedule events. Hope this helps! I am trying to set up a shared calendar with availability of 4 people. That would then go to customers to book time with a coach based on the customer and coaches availability. What is the best calendar option and are there videos to help me set this up? I am BRAND NEW to Calendly (today) and trying to figure this out.

I can't even begin to explain how useless the group meetings option is. If I want to meet with 6 people in 6 cities, they can all choose different times. So, nothing get's resolved unless you set a time in the first place. What's the point?
Hi there! A group event type is a one-to-many event type-one Calendly host to many invitees. Group events are helpful when you want multiple unrelated invitees to attend a meeting at once (e.g. webinars, group tours, etc.) It sounds like maybe a meeting poll might be more helpful for you to schedule those 6 people in 6 different cities: help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411543910551-Getting-started-with-meeting-polls
