The barters are crazy, but they might be planned for something bigger in the future.
Its the only reasonable explanation I can think of.

i have 2-3 of each FIR during all my labs run to find stims for other LK quests and other. This barters is useless

these craft and barter unlocks for the amount you have to do are absurd. im a player that hates labs but im also a player that will never reach the point of needing things that spawn in labs because i dont have the time, nor really wanna grind like that, but if theyre gonna make lightkeeper the gate for these crafts they need to make him reachable a whole lot earlier. im not saying you should be able to access light keeper at lvl 20 or anything ridiculous, but every reward item, craft, or barter seems to be for items that players who reach lightkeeper will already A. know where to easily obtain them. B. already have multiple of them in the stash, and C. will probably not need those items for any quest after lightkeeper. the rewards for this grind have so far been absolute bullshit in comparison to what you have to do reach this point. so far everything obtained by light keeper feels like it would only be important if it was obtainable earlier in the questline.

I'd imagine you use those items also to barter items with him, who knows

Why does it look like you have no effects from inertia? Is that what skills do for you?
Strength lowers how strong inertia is but at the same time he just knows the movement so he never really screws up a peek or slides
What could they possibly have in the game that is worth ALL of these barters? Maybe some ammunition craft bench in hideout or something like that, since they took away all of the good ammo? Other than that one unlikely guess I'm clueless.
Only other thing I can think of is crafting stims. Or just crafting related in general.

@@vampledample nah the lv3 is blue and this one is green. scavs can sometimes spawn with the lv6 variant i guiess thats how he got it
