It could be helpful to interview some people who are actually at the 2nd Saturn return age range or beyond. Also suggest looking at some developmental psychology schemata such as Eric Erickson or Kohlberg. Rather than measuring success and fulfillment (and Jupitarian positives) in typical western terms such as career success, money, and how much one has, developmental markers can better assess if one is fulfilling more important markers in the human journey.
Disabled at 54....already retired...was hard at first but getting easier....sued workmans comp...paper work all messed up...don't care to come back to this prison planet....

Trust me the first was revelatory. My father died, I was separated from my home and I was dead broke. I went through my first spiritual awakening and had extreme anxiety for years to come and struggled with mental health as my traumatic childhood played out in terrible ways.
I know what you re talking about. Im glad the Saturn lessons seem over and the age of Jupiter has come it seems. Its a good period now for me.

A prisoner gets accustomed to being in prison and does not consider it hardship. A caged animal gets accustomed to his cage and regular meals.
2nd Shani return was quite significant for me. I finally married and bought a small hut and a bullock cart to get around in.
I was really worried about this Saturn return in my 4th house and Jupiter in the 1st but your video has given me a more optimistic outlook. It's odd to me that it happens on the same day 12-31-14

Sharing some Experience => Mars Dasha + Sade Sati together hurts like hell, but wisdom acquired is immeasurable.. D1 = Gem ASC. Ke (3rd). Ma/Ve (5th). Jup (6th). Su/Mo/MeRx (7th). Ra (9th). SaRx (11th). Sa/Ma opposition have taken me through the most painful experience with my body. If I try fasting my anemia ignites excruciating pain in my right ovaries and travels down right leg. No energy to work. Mind wants to learn all the time. By chanting to Saturn it makes it ever more cruel. Successful mantras are: Hannuman, mahamrityunjaya, Guru and Deva Premal "Mantra for Precaurious Times"

Saturn is in Capricorn; I have Saturn in Sag. Right now Jupiter is transiting our natal Saturn. But there are a LOT of interesting things going on with the outer planets, and this year is going to be revolutionary.
in my experience, Saturn transiting the 8th from the 10th was even more significant than the 11th from the 10th.

I am in my second Saturn return. Saturn 25 degrees 15 seconds Sagittarius conjunct Moon 26 degrees 25 seconds Sagittarius in the seventh house. Jupiter at zero degrees Scorpio. This will probably happen March 2017 to 2018? I have written three books about honeybees and wisdom about the necessary elements of understanding carbon forests and year-round honeybee habitat. My fourth honeybee book I hope to have a chance to travel to Nepal and India to study, research, write and publish a book about the Cliff-Hanging Honeybees of Nepal, India and Southeast Asia. So, this is important for me to complete this. Yes, I am painting again, too. I love art and writing. Also, I still want to go back to playing music for health and healing. Also, I am really happy practicing yoga and taking care of my body. This is very important to me as well. The timeline for all of this started August 4, 2011

Gigi D I have a world of health issues Libra 6th house. Right now I am dealing with Sciatica and have been since Nov. 2014..I have NN, Juno. Moon, Vertex, Quaoar and Ixion all in 6th. Aries asc. and Pisces sun..Will it ever end??? lol..they tell me it will. Just to name a few..High blood pressure, Fibro, 3 pinched nerves in Lumbar, slipped vertebra in Thorax, just a world of skeletal issues from neck to tail bone. and then jupiter/Sag decides to throw Sciatica into the mix. I do agree we have to take care of ourselves and 6th house is where we need to focus. I turned to a more natural way of dealing with my health after yrs on prescription meds with no results or signs of healing. Is the "change" hard on you? I breezed through it and it was over before I realized I was going through it. Lucky me considering the stories I heard from so many others :)

@@yogahemanth2714 Saturn will leave my 7th house at the end of this year. It has been there since around beginning 2018. The peak was in january this year for me, when transiting Saturn met my birth chart Saturn at same degree.

@@siggeboda thats great😊 u survived. U are an inspiration to the rest of us. Im afraid of my 2nd return. I thought I went thru it but I'm only 40. My first one was messed up but turned out good afterwards. Alot of pain tho. My 1st return, I got a potentially debilitating disease, had a harsh pregnancy, lost my job, found out my partner was an extreme narcissist, he broke my arm, lost my adopted family because of my partner, couldnt finish degree. I dealt with all that well, learned alot. Then afterwards I got extremely blessed and turns out that my condition has seemingly disappeared without meds, was even healthier after diagnosis (my jupiter is in the 6th house virgo, so that is real), and found my biological family which gave me more love than I ever had in life that helped me heal exponentially. I had never experienced the feeling of joy until after going thru that. All those years and I didnt know what joy felt like until I was 32. I think I went thru Ashthama Sani these past years since 2018, but my life crashes down like clockwork every 10 years and I have to rebuild and learn harsh things no matter what I do. If this AS was bad, Idk what my 2nd return will be like when I'm around 60. It is refreshing to hear u are alright. Namaste🙏 also, u get a high five........✋😄
Jupiter and Saturn will be exact conjunction with my natal Saturn 29° Capricorn 1st House, with Pluto exact conjunction to my natal Mercury at 23° Capricorn 1st house...that's just the major players, other conjunctions transiting moon on my ascendant. I'm a little concerned!!

I've got sat in sag zero degrees in 4th house and Jupiter at zero degrees Virgo in first house. Is this good? Am very focused on death and how little time us left that it makes me want to give up.
There is nothing wrong with that combination as a pair, however, Saturn in 4th does lend towards negative thoughts so you do need to work on your inner life so that you feel better in the moment and don't worry about thigns like death or what you do while you are here, just learn be Feel happy is what Saturn in the 4th is all about.

You did your first Saturn return at age 29-31; your next one is age 59-61. Approximately. 36 is the 3rd Jupiter return, though. Jupiter stays about a year in each house. So it's at home in its own house right now; you should have a good year.
Ernst, just stupendous info! Wow, I really want SO MUCH to go on working, I.m 57, have Saturn Scorpio 7th, Taurus lagna, actually enjoyed Sade Sati and got so much out of my life then, new career etc.. First Saturn return though took the easy path!!"( Venus dasa.. not good for Taurus?) just wasted time. This time I am in Mars dasa, and coming up will be Rahu when 62! Rahu in 6th in natal, and 2nd in Navamsa. Really hope that is a time for going for it!???
Without analyzing your entire chart, I can say that Rahu in 6th usually keeps a girl going!
Ernst Wilhelm Ha! thanks Ernst. Just one thing.. do you calculate Rahu from the TRUE node or not? Because when I put exact same birth data (which is exact documented time) into Vedic chart calculators, it comes out either 28 degrees Libra (6th house) OR 0 degrees Scoprio (7th). Now this change of house in Vedic will make a HUGE difference I know! In western tropical it is 21 degrees scorpio true node otherwise 23 degree Scorpio.
Also if north node is at beginning of Scorpio he is old and tired (cause retro?) if at end Libra he is young???? (does the node get old and young like this?)
Rahu does not get old, dead, etc. that is only for the other planets. I use something called True Interpolated node because the True node that is in common use is not really true. OUr software is the only software that calculates that node.
Ernst Wilhelm Ok I'll have a look at that! By the way really worried by all this old/young thing that really is not considered in western astrol. Mars in Vedic is my atmakarka, and bless him in Aries (12th), but 28 degrees... really almost had it!! Someone said that makes me an old old soul....????

I had to stop listening after about five minutes. I don’t know how old you are, but you act like everyone that is turning 60 is heading towards their grave, which is very offensive. There are more and more people living into their 80s and 90s, and it is simply not true that death becomes more and more imminent as one turns 60+. Also, you categorize retirement as a time in which people would “do less” or sit back on their laurels. Are you crazy? I am looking forward to retirement because there are 1 million things that I want to do that has absolutely nothing to do with my job. And pretty much everyone I know that is either retiring or of retirement age is excited about gardening, reading, painting, traveling, taking new classes, etc. From everything that I heard in the first five minutes, you clearly do not understand or get most people over the age of 55 or 60.
If you finished the video you would see that the entire point is that the second saturn return is when people make the decision to have their best years after 60, or stop trying and just coast with whatever has been done and has happened to them.
I don't think you listened to the whole video because Ernst was making those points about trying new things, going in a new direction, maybe retiring and being creative etc or even starting a new career.

I agree. It was the bombing of Pearl Harbour not some righteous reason on behalf of President Roosevelt. It was money that was the driver for America and President Roosevelt to get involved. In fact Britain was riddled with debt and poverty for years paying back money to America right up until very recently. So it was Britain who came to the aid of other Countries and paid for it as well.
