Preach, im so happy to hear this. I went through several coding hackthons and bootcamps in the past with this problem. It seemed really common for devs to get defensive with a 8/10 ratio in junor devs when ive implemented each path, and come up with a unique way to implement a unique area in the architecture of the challenge. What happens is they over specialize, expect the world to hand them the same exact problems every time, and eventually the world moves on to newer (usually better) ideas to solve them.
logic and process is no longer a+b=c. The fluid acceleration of just about everything requires chatGTP et al to exist. None of the logic and process is any longer in a book or a human. Call it a good bye.
Can I ask you for a favor? May I send you my CV and tell me based on it, If I'm ready to apply for jobs or not? That's would help me a lot and gives me that pill of adrenaline I need
