Tender meat with milk is my family's favorite recipe, passed down from my grandfather. Pork and eggs - this recipe is over 100 years old. I make it every Friday!
Repeat after me and you will succeed!
Pork tenderloin 1kg.
Salt.
Garlic.
Milk 200 ml.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Potatoes 1kg.
Water.
Cook until done.
1 onion.
1/2 carrot.
Mushrooms 4-6 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Paprika.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
Bacon 200g.
2 eggs.
Parmesan cheese 100g.
Vegetable oil.
Garlic.
Salt, black pepper.
Cheese 100g.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
The potatoes are ready.
Cover the meat and bake for 30 minutes.
Cherry tomatoes.
Cucumbers.
Dill.
Salt.
Olive oil.
French mustard.
Enjoy your meal!
