My wife owns one and it an amazing car, great, the running cost is fantastic and we go everywhere in it because it is so cheap to run a nd nippy and nice to drive, also the high clutch biting point is the same for all Aygo's.
the light on the dash was not check engine but a tyre pressure light to indicate low tyre pressure. Great car to use for shopping .The bite point on the clutch is also high on the Yaris from 2016 but you soon get use to it.
this car is an absolute beast. it's not gonna turn any heads and people might question your masculinity if they see you in this. but the engine and simplicity are absolutely bombproof. If you do low mileage short trips in the city, it is 100% the best in class. You don't have to babysit the 12 volt battery like a hybrid, you can literally leave it there for weeks and it will still start no problem. Most mechanics love them because of how easy they are to work on, so you aren't a bitch to the dealership's maintenance. Zero road tax if registered before March (I think) 2017. The car is also surprisingly fast due it's lighter weight, the agility also puts larger more expensive cars to shame in tight rush hour traffic. It's not winning any drag races, but it definitely brings a lot to the table. If you want a car which you can treat like shit, (still take it in for it's servicing though ofc) and it will still run and run and run without fail. This is the one. Also you don't need to worry about catalytic converter theft like hybrids. You could leave a box full of rolexes in the boot and not even stress. Parking is ridiculously easy. Sometimes simple is better. Damn I should be employed as an Aygo salesman.... a proper old school Toyota (even if built in Czech, but the components are toyota selected.)
Hey man.. I come accross your video from FP Driving.. This is a high quality POV driving video you are creating.. Keep going at it man.. Greetings from Indonesia!
If you want save money then this is the car to own. Great car for just two people or a single person. See loads of these on the road , and often wondered apart from the toyota reliability what the catch was.
Got me an Auto version- (Auto or 7 speed Manual shift.) Not had me a Toyota before. Agree with your pointers, and I really enjoy driving my X, nice ride. Manual shift is fun. Thanks for your review.
Thank you for the video, I’m looking to get one of these very helpful video. I had a 2016 version many years ago and I’m thinking of selling my car to get one.
@@shollysgarage I’m stuck between an Aygo & Smart ForFour. I have t driven a ForFour but I know it does come with slight more features if you get the right spec. What would you go for if you don’t mind?
I have one of these and when I pull off in 1st gear it makes a sort of whining/humming sound, it's very quiet but it sounds a bit like the noise a car makes in reverse, is this normal ?
ive just bought an identical car to replace my older 107 ,,, I love it already , these are amazing wee cars.
You won me over just by driving around London. Amazing little car, it makes my Fiat 500e look like a lumbering SUV! Cheers mate!
Glad you enjoyed it

I'm thinking of getting an aygo older one like before the x-trend, hoping I can fit in it lol
It's not that basic. It's also get,a digital revs counter, and great infotainment centre with android auto.
It's fundamentally the same car that they've been making since 2014 though, which is nearly 10 years old.
You should rev iy, it sounds awesome like half a bmw

@@Jojohumf I wouldn’t recommend the smart, the aygo is so much better and better value for money
Could you do a review on a SmartForFour please?
@@shollysgarage thank you, what reasons would you say, not reliable enough. Sorry for the questions just curious

I really like the Aygo but it’s a little sedan but since I do a lot of highways I’m afraid that the car won’t do well on those :/
The Aygo is definitely a city car
You forgot to mention the price…
You can no longer buy this as a brand new car - used car prices vary fording on many factors
Iv just bought this car and I'm not sure about it.
