Golf+ - July 2024 - The Spyglass Hill Open - Round 4

Diamond - Amateur - 26 total ranking.
Shot a 66 (-6). Back tees, hard pins, and moderate winds. It was a tough round, but -6 won't cut it. I feel a -10 was out there, but I couldn't reach it. Truth be told, rounds 1 and 2 is where the scoring should have been. Round 2 was disappointing and cost me a high finish. Right now, I'm T-34 (I expect to stay there), but only 11 shots out of first. I was -40 overall. That just goes to show you that, 2 more good shots a round could have put me in the Top 5. It's so close between the top half and the top 10, often 10 shots or less over 4 rounds. Just 5 shots was the difference between 34th and 11th. It's a big swing once you get in that area. You have to capitalize where you can.

It can if this is all you do. Just keep a golf club handy and swing it after you play. You can do both, you just can't neglect it.
