Yes. Amazing talent, and loads of hardwork. The recipes must have gone through so many trial and errors to get to this level of perfection. I am Indian so not a lot of ingredients I can find here. Yet I replace some things for others, and it has worked pretty good.

My 9yr old son loves to cook and we decided to try your biscuit so he could make them for his breakfast. We used a regular coffee mug (taller than wide). Because its taller it took longer for us to bake but we expected that. So about 3 min and it was done! OMG, it was so fluffy and delicious. He was happily surprised and so excited. So we are going to make some snack size zippy bags with the dry ingredients so all he has to add is the wet. Thank you so much!!

Just found my late night dinner when I saw that chicken pie. I made it, but added more broth cause I wanted more of a soup. When I put it in the microwave, the broth boiled over the biscuit mix and cooked it. it was like eating matzo ball soup. Happy accident. =)

wow thank you so much for these recipes and ideas. me and my family are living out of one bedroom. not a one bedroom apartment, just a bedroom. with no kitchen, ive been using a microwave, griddle and a $10 crock pot. the griddle makes smoke build in the room despite a fan and open window and the crock pot of course takes too long. i can't afford to buy much to cook with but thanks to these recipes i can now make delicious, healthy and fast meals for my family. thank you so much Gemma Stafford.!

-Custard filling w/ fruits
-Apple Pie
-Peach Mango Pie (If you haven't tried this combination please try its really bomb)
-Mug Tiramisu
-Mug mango float (This is a good dish too you can also replace mango with other fruits)
-Whole meal in a mug

@@EeyorePigletBff I know this is four years after your question, and hopefully you've gotten an answer. I've recently developed an intolerance for nuts (unfortunately!), so whenever a recipe calls for nuts, I use roasted, salted sunflower seeds instead, or I leave the nuts out. The don't typically affect consistency, usually just adding crunch and flavor, so leaving them out won't hurt the recipes. Hope you already found a solution, but if not, I hope that helps.

+Kathryn Lee All these meals are less than 600 calories!! And the spaghetti-os are only 180 per serving! I don't know about you but I think these portions should be a lot bigger or else you won't be satisfied
I think the point is just to make something small if you aren't overly hungry or as a snack

The very first time I attempted the chicken pot pie, I used leftover shredded tomato-braised chicken breast. I also left the cheese in the biscuit mix just to see what would happen. Result? The pie is my favourite, and Gemma is a genius ⭐️⭐️⭐️
