you should also report them, even though it may seem harmless, you never know what else they are doing, while pretending to be you. Trust me, i found out the hard way with people like that. also its fraud what they are doing. its far too easy to set different accounts up with no checks.

I got my driver's license last year and took my contour on the whole another level so I looked skinnier on my black and white photo. In real life I looked ridiculous, I had very strong and grey controur on my face. Everyone was looking at me like crazy but... 🥁I look great and snatched on my license photo so totally worth it 😂

I did a full face of makeup for my international passport, and when I was crossing the border in the middle of the night half asleep after an 8-hour queue in a tourist bus, the border guards looked at me, then at my photo in the passport several times 😂😂
I do passport applications at work and as far as I’ve known as long as you don’t have bright eyeshadow and lipstick on or a lot of highlighter they tend to get accepted, I think it’s completely down to what sort of day the passport officers are having 🤣
I had to get my photo retaken 4 times in total, cause everytime my forhead was a bit to shiny but i also had the same bitch everytime. I got so fustrated, if i had any other person the first picture probably would have been fine 😩
I do love this look on you and her! I think what everyone forgets is that everyone’s face is different, so you can try to follow the way someone contours but it won’t always be the same. I had my makeup done for my wedding and did a trial a few months before with the artist I had hired. In the trial she did half my face one way, and half another. One side she used a cool color contour and really gave me that Kim K chiseled look and she explained where she was putting the contour on me and why and how she might place it differently for the same effect on another person. Also on the other side she did more of a diffused and softer warm toned bronzer. Seeing both side by side was wild. I actually went with the Kim K look because it looked AMAZING in photos and in real life it looked mostly good but it some lighting, you could definitely see my face was “painted on” anyway just thought I’d share my interesting experience/process

Revlon 😭 It's awful to see one of the last reasonably priced brands go under because people today are so obsessed with high end/luxury brands. I have a feeling I'm not going to be able to afford makeup soon because of this self imposed price inflation..
I'm not even allowed to wear my prescription glasses for ID photos. We've always been told here (Canada) that you aren't allowed to wear makeup and you can't have anything blocking out/changing your face or features. Even when I had bangs they'd tell me to part them a little to make sure you could fully see my eyes and eyebrows lol
Its the same in England so idk how the original girl got this approved or if it even was because you have to look like yourself, natural, no glasses, no hair touching your face (ears can be covered idk what soph was on about😂)
Yesterday I saw a video of a girl saying that she used this look and got the passport, but then in the airport she didn't wore any makeup and they didn't let her travel cus she didn't look like the picture

i do eyebrows before the rest of my face - i just don't go too close to my brows with the foundation and then use an eyeliner brush and some skin tone concealer to go around them! works a treat! 🥰xx

I also have their tinted brow was and it's also amazing!!! I really like the brand. Shipping the the US was pretty fast as well ❤️
This comment makes me feel seen.....this happens to me whenever I put extra effort into my makeup when I know photos will be taken 😆. One great tip I've picked up recently is to line out my eyebrows like a monobrow, and clean up the middle after it's all done. It is the ONLY way I can get even eyebrows and it looks much much better.
I did it for my passport, I was concerned since I will change it in 10 years and I will be 35 but the result was spectacular!!! As Sophie said, I do not recommend it as an everyday makeup since it is too heavy and uncomfortable. Thanks Soph

It would’ve been nice to have had this tutorial beforehand cause my pictures didn’t turn out too great, but at least passport pics are known for being awful lol. I don‘t think the makeup changes anyone THAT much that they‘re unrecognizable. Like I could easily tell that Soph is the person on the passport picture even without makeup. Since most of the makeup is skin and contour and not more important features like eyes or lips (if you don‘t go totally crazy on the lips) you just look like you… but more snatched! Gonna try this on my next set of official photos bc mine always look bad with my everyday natural makeup 😅

Everything went well. had to make a separate appointment to turn in all my documentation and when I went I was told my pic was not clear enough so I had to take new photos. Meanwhile I was running around sweaty doing errands and sooo not prepared to take additional photos! Needless to say I look like a greasy mess in my current passport photo lmao learn from my mistakes people! ALWAYS be photo ready 😂

In Croatia there are some restrictions on wearing makeup on your ID, passport and drivers licence photos. The makeup must be undetectable and must not change your features in any significant way. So you can rock up in some natural makeup but since the photos are in black and white it wont show up, its mostly there so if you have imperfections you can cover them up. The lady that took my photo told me that.
Here’s what you do - brush n gell your brows, fill em in, cut them out with concealer, blend concealer w/ a baby brush, do foundation and blend foundation into the concealer around an on top of your brows. Tada! No touchy the brows 🥰

I do my eyebrows first! I use the got2b glued stuff, wipe the excess off around my skin with a makeup wipe, then I carve the top of my eyebrows out with my foundation and blend up my forehead so I don’t need to get my brush or sponge too close to my brows 🫶🏽

Me! I do my eyebrows first! I use ABH Dipbrow and various pencils and it all seems to stick better directly to my actual eyebrow hair and skin. Any eyebrow product I use after foundation just tends to slip around on me. To work around my eyebrows I just use a small flat brush to get in close with foundation and then blend as needed with a sponge. That has always worked for me. Hope that helps!
Here in NZ (and probably a lot of countries) you aren't allowed heavy makeup or any visible altering when it comes to passport photos for legal reasons.
I’m from NZ too and can confirm. I’m so confused that people are allowed to do this. Like the girl in the og trend video looks completely different in her passport photo. There’s no way she’d be able to get away with that when travelling and not wearing makeup
Eyebrows before bbz. I don't use any soap bc I love my natural shape as it is very lifted already. I leave a litlle space between the brow and foundation and then I conceal that space and I blend it in. If needed I take a wee tissue and tap the brow then fill in again if needed
I do brow pencil lightly first, then clear brow gel, just to get the shape and make my brows symmetrical. (Twins in this house. I won't settle for sisters LOL). Then i do my eye shadow, then face. At the very end, after setting spray, i do my tinted brow gel and brow pen, then mascara, then lips. To avoid getting foundation or concealer in my brows, i use a small brush to apply/blend those products near my brows to be more precise.
After. I use a detail brush around them to carve them out (but with either the foundation or a concealer that matches my foundation - not a lighter one) then I can apply the rest Of my foundation without worrying about going too close.
i dont do my eyebrows in like my daily routine but for bigger looks i do eyebrows first!!! i tend to outline both brows in concealer so then when i do my foundation i can blend it into the concealer and not struggle trying to get close without getting foundation in my brows!!!!
I do my brows almost at the end of everything… after bronzer, after blush, eyeshadow and all. So I know how intense I want to go and it’s guaranteed to not have any product out on top
I do my eyebrows in 2 stages. Before foundation I use pencil and carve out the shape using concealer, using the concealer line as a guide and blend it out with the foundation. Then once my whole face is done I do clear brow gel to set the shape and top with a little tinted gel to define the hairs.
I do my brows before foundation bc I don't really put it all over my face and there's usually a very small amount around them to actually smudge them lol

Yes Revlon is filing for bankruptcy . It is so sad that such an iconic brand which has been around for decades is suffering. I don’t see beauty UA-camrs using them as much as other older drugstore brands like Maybelline and L’Oreal so I wonder if people think they aren’t keeping up with the the way modern make up is going.

They just got approved to borrow $375 million. This doesn’t mean they are going out of business, that would be chapter 7 bankruptcy. Articles should have been more clear about it as the average consumer doesn’t know a ton about all the types of bankruptcy and that it doesn’t straight up mean going out of business.

Yes it is true. Revlon doesn't do too much. The do lipsticks and they did just come out with a gripping primer I love for oily skin. Other than that, I'm not Suprised
I do my brows with just powder strikes befor foundation and use my foundation for carving them out on top and under use a little brush for blending over and under the brow and then after foundation blending i us a eyebrow gel

I always do my eyebrows before my foundation and I use a concealer brush and just go around the eyebrow so my foundation don't go in the eyebrow and makes it very carved out
Wow, you looked stunning Soph. Have you tried holding your mirror slightly to the side rather than in front of the camera when doing your makeup? It may help avoid your face going blurry coz the autofocus focuses on the mirror rather than your face. Just a thought. Love you Soph x

Here in NZ (and probably a lot of countries) you aren't allowed heavy makeup or any visible altering when it comes to passport photos for legal reasons.
I’m from NZ too and can confirm. I’m so confused that people are allowed to do this. Like the girl in the og trend video looks completely different in her passport photo. There’s no way she’d be able to get away with that when travelling and not wearing makeup
Eyebrows before bbz. I don't use any soap bc I love my natural shape as it is very lifted already. I leave a litlle space between the brow and foundation and then I conceal that space and I blend it in. If needed I take a wee tissue and tap the brow then fill in again if needed

I'm late to make up, you've really helped me! I have tried so much to find my skin tone and colours to suit, I'd love a tutorial on colours.
I do brow pencil lightly first, then clear brow gel, just to get the shape and make my brows symmetrical. (Twins in this house. I won't settle for sisters LOL). Then i do my eye shadow, then face. At the very end, after setting spray, i do my tinted brow gel and brow pen, then mascara, then lips. To avoid getting foundation or concealer in my brows, i use a small brush to apply/blend those products near my brows to be more precise.
I do my brows first, and I just use very little foundation on my forehead so there’s basically no foundation around my eyebrows anyway

After. I use a detail brush around them to carve them out (but with either the foundation or a concealer that matches my foundation - not a lighter one) then I can apply the rest
Of my foundation without worrying about going too close.

i dont do my eyebrows in like my daily routine but for bigger looks i do eyebrows first!!! i tend to outline both brows in concealer so then when i do my foundation i can blend it into the concealer and not struggle trying to get close without getting foundation in my brows!!!!
I do my brows almost at the end of everything… after bronzer, after blush, eyeshadow and all. So I know how intense I want to go and it’s guaranteed to not have any product out on top

I do my eyebrows in 2 stages. Before foundation I use pencil and carve out the shape using concealer, using the concealer line as a guide and blend it out with the foundation. Then once my whole face is done I do clear brow gel to set the shape and top with a little tinted gel to define the hairs.
This whole look was so glowy and glam I loved it.

I do my brows before foundation bc I don't really put it all over my face and there's usually a very small amount around them to actually smudge them lol
before and carve them with concealer and blend it out resale good so there's already coverage around the brows so i don't have to go close to them with the brush. but i use foundation on the top part of the brow to carve them so it's the same color and doesn't look off.
Definitely do my eyebrows AFTER foundation 😆👌🏻… I agree, Soph, I get foundation all over my brows so I have to do them after my base lol. 😅
Yes Revlon is filing for bankruptcy . It is so sad that such an iconic brand which has been around for decades is suffering. I don’t see beauty UA-camrs using them as much as other older drugstore brands like Maybelline and L’Oreal so I wonder if people think they aren’t keeping up with the the way modern make up is going.

Huge miscommunication… They’re filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy meaning they are bankrupt and reassessing their finances, so products may come and go soon. They just got approved to borrow $375 million. This doesn’t mean they are going out of business, that would be chapter 7 bankruptcy. Articles should have been more clear about it as the average consumer doesn’t know a ton about all the types of bankruptcy and that it doesn’t straight up mean going out of business.

Hi Soph! Great video and I have a tip; apply a light dusting of loose powder onto your lash curler before using it. Your lashes will not pull or get stuck to the curler. Hope this helps, thanks!

Yes it is true. Revlon doesn't do too much. The do lipsticks and they did just come out with a gripping primer I love for oily skin. Other than that, I'm not Suprised

I do my brows with just powder strikes befor foundation and use my foundation for carving them out on top and under use a little brush for blending over and under the brow and then after foundation blending i us a eyebrow gel

I always do my eyebrows before my foundation and I use a concealer brush and just go around the eyebrow so my foundation don't go in the eyebrow and makes it very carved out

Wow, you looked stunning Soph. Have you tried holding your mirror slightly to the side rather than in front of the camera when doing your makeup? It may help avoid your face going blurry coz the autofocus focuses on the mirror rather than your face. Just a thought. Love you Soph x
