This is just how I feel. For 40 years, I was loved by someone that meant the world to me. I thank GOD for creating him for me. I was so very lucky. We were a knockout couple. Heads turned every time we entered a room. The memories are still clear. I had it all and I knew it ! You wouldn't think so to see me now....but, "I was loved once". I'm so happy to rediscover Rod McQuen after 50 years. I am sorry he was so sad in his later years and was so disrespect by critiques during his life and after. They didn't recognize his brilliance and soulfulness as many of us did and do!
Classic! Very soft, nostalgic and brings out a mood of dream. When I first listened to it, I was a junior secondary student. And now I've passed through the second year of my undergraduate degree. Time flies. Thanks for sharing (because it's quite difficult to find this song)
