ADVICE TO NOVICE LIFTERS:= Take ur training and nutrition back to what it was like if u were to train in the 1970s. Train the DEADLIFT, SQUATS, OVERHEAD PRESS, BENCH, CHINS and ROWS and aften keep ur reps typically between 3-10 reps on ur main movements, but dont be afraid of some single and doubles. Eat whole eggs, chicken, rice, potatoes and oats, drink mik and chocolate milk. Gain a good 20-30 pounds of muscle before u even think about the word "cutting". I am tired of all the best "suppliment", "secret excercise", "best machine", "quickest way", "short cut" - Bullshit questions. Do the above for 5 years. Then u will stop asking those questions, becos u will know the answer. "ITS NOT EASY OR EVERYBODY WOULD BE JACKED AND STRONG".
Do not listen to him guys . I am 17 rn and i started gym in early 16s i'll share something with you all . Ps : Whether to be stay in low body fat percentage or bulk aggressively depends on your physique goal if you want giant physique and wanna be a power lifter like him then its alr for you to follow his advice. But if you js wanna look good, have that aesthetic physique and have those cuts (which i wanted from start) then please don't try to bulk aggressively... It will only put lots of fat on your body. The only thing which you should do is either lean bulk directly (if you are skinny) or first cut your fats (if you have above 17% body fat) and then lean bulk . Lean bulk means not putting up much fat percentage on body n still gaining muscles. Make sure to get protein double your body weight but in grams (for example if your body weight is 60kg, you need 120g of protein) and and and be on 200 calorie surplus. That's all . I regret following this all trainers advices but i don't want you all to experience this. All the best!
