How to rename files automatically in bulk with Power Automate

Ever needed to rename a mountain of documents in a #sharepoint library? Interesting use case...thanks me later because I am about to save you so much time 😜

Very Cool. is there a way to modify this so that you can replace the spaces in a file name with underscores using this flow? That would be a good tutorial.

Daniel, do you have the syntax to remove dates and times stamps from the file name? would be the final 16 characters of the file names. Example: Actions_Report_(Last_6_months)_20241002_041523.xlsx. And maybe a way to remove the underscores?

I dont see any of the screens when using Get files Action... e.g. Apply to each. I am using web version as the author too but my screen looks quite different

I noticed you deleted the folder at the beginning. What if I CANNOT delete folders; how would I execute the workflow to ignore ANY folder(s) and their contents?

We are getting barcode images in .jpg format, multiple images of single barcode like 123 a, 123 b etc. I want to rename them like 123_1, 123_2, 123_3 like this for all the different
barcodes at one go, can you please help me on this? Thanks in advance

Do you have any problem last time with using Apply to each. I want to move all files from one folder to another but only files without. And similar structure was working for months and from about 3-4 weeks this step is freezed and Power Automate flow completed but files not moved.
