Hey I saw your video on clavicles and I have a question. So at the end of my clavicle going towards the middle of the torso my right clavicle feels like it moves more freely on that end and almost feels like it disconnects from the bone there but it only really hurts when I’m picking up weight in certain ways I was doing lateral raises and felt my clavicles and my left one didn’t move like my right one did and they looked like they are seated differently. This wasn’t always like this and I may be all over the place but I’m just reaching out to all my sources.
People are not symmetrical, and sometimes you notice a thing that has always been there, but once you've noticed it you can't unsee it. The joints at the ends of the clavicles are usually very strongly supported by ligaments. As always, if you're concerned visit with a qualified health professional for a physical assessment.
Lots of fun, love it!❤
Dr Sam I love you 🙏, you really inspire me to learn to enjoy life and I’m very grateful for that.
Glad to see you Sam! Awesome
Approaching the base of that tube, I figured you were sunk! But wow! It pays to be fit and trim.
You are so cool Dr. Sam
