I love Will Ferrell, his movies are usually so silly and happy and wholesome 🥰 I didn’t see this one all the way through but the parts I caught usually had me giggling a good amount if not bursting out laughing. Kevin Hart elicits that response every once in a while, how seriously Will Ferrell can deliver lines is too good.
Eating popcorn when we're not happy and watching a few funny movies is very healing😁

Martial arts you can like jump back from something and act like you do on purpose. When you mess up capoeira you KNOW you messed up😂. I don't care if you jump back up from it and you're like I meant to do that, anyone who has played capoeira at all is gonna see it😂
@@wdadwdwdwadw8604 while capoeira by itself is useless, it helps build body awareness and develops a strong base for more powerful kicks as it is all about using momentum. In reality the best disciplines to defend yourself are crosstraining BJJ and Dutch kickboxing with some muy thai or kali thrown in as well. Both boxing and wrestling are poor arts to train though because they lack flexibility and were developed for more controlled environments. God I somehow turned this into an essay. but yeah capoeira is more of a training tool than a practical art, if you really want to defend yourself BJJ and kickboxing are the way to go.
