When I wanted to buy mine yesterday. They wanted to test it with bottle but I refused. You have mind to blend ice with something you bought with your hard earned money. A machine is a machine it can start malfunctioning. I no fit ohh
I doubt if this silvercrest is anywhere close to 2000w in actual power......I use a 1500w kuchef blender, the amount of power is enormous. It's one of the most powerful equipment I have in my house. Only few generators can comfortably powers it, and you need a specialized thick wire electric socket to convey that much power or else it will melt the socket. It crushes everything in its part. Check the actual motor rating or use a watt meter to see its real power and secondly look for pure copper motor blender for durability(though they are expensive). I bought mine over 2yrs ago and is still running like when I bought it
@@faithodigie5202 I bought it on jumia, the name is kuchef, there are other good blenders on jumia.....browse around, you will see them. Look out for the actual watt rating , Most likely a quality higher wattage blender will be a bit expensive
Hmmm, l have two of them but the first time Used one of them smoke came out of it so l am scared to us the other moreover l was told it's the original with batch no. SC_1585
SandyE just go to anywhere you can get the one with SC-1589 which is 100% copper coil, carton is black any other number that is not SC-1589 is original fake alliminum coil

I don't think it's water that is the issue, it works without water. It crushed the beans without water right? Even the advert it crushed bottle 🍾. I think she was a lil scared she didn't leave the blender longer to work
This blender is nothing but fake machine I bought it and it wasn't functioning properly as I expected the blending was not smooth as I expected.the wosrt is that in no time it will start smoking. Only the original one is able to do all the advertisements are showing us
