Well the cup can't get lost inside you. What is not mentioned in this video is that in case the cup goes too high out of reach then simply try pushing it out like when you do while pooping. I've never had this problem though because I have a medium cervix and I think this a lot more common with people with high cervixes. Not saying it can't happen to people with medium cervixes like me, just that it's more likely to happen to people with high cervixes.
I had a nightmare when mine was lost inside, I couldn't even get to where I could like "gently pull it out". I immediately went to the gynaecologist and she removed it with a forcep I think. She had a good laugh and I was a little embarrassed. It was first day using it😂
Today I used it for the first time. Inserting it was easy peasy lemon squeezy. Now the fun part. My dumb ass didn't release the suction and tried to pull it out and it fucking hurts. I realised it after some time and managed to remove it. Now I'm wearing pads and will try again tomorrow. I'm never letting a guy touch me I don't wanna be a mother send help😭

Dear ladies, i clearly know how terrifying it feels when the cup doesn’t come out. Please understand that the cup cannot go past the cervix and it can never get attached to the body. Your vaginas are capable of pushing out a mini human and it hardly gets stuck halfway. So dont worry about menstrual cups getting stuck One thing i would like to recommend is to try inserting and removing the cup with lube when you are not on your period. Once you have done enough practice and your vaginal opening has adjusted to the cup, go ahead and use it on your period days. Straight away trying the cup on your period day can make things worse. Your body would first of all be tired and when you see blood on your fingers, you might get tensed and horrified. For those who are afraid of cups, start off with a small size tampon then to a medium and then a large. Once the opening becomes much more relaxed, try the cup. But if you still cant use it, don’t worry go ahead and buy a menstrual disc. A lot of Women do not know that there is something called as a menstrual disc. The menstrual disc would only be as thin as a medium size tampon when folded for insertion. This can easily be inserted into the vaginal opening without stretching the opening much, and since it does not use any vacuum mechanism , it will never be painful during the removal. And as I am so uncomfortable of using a menstrual cup, I have been using a menstrual disc. It is so comfortable and heavenly
Try to push it or build a pressure as if you are pooping, it works 😅 happened to me once. and found this tip and it worked. So felt like sharing here 😅
So right now was my FIRST time ever using these. I’m 22. I’ve only ever used pads, and I’ve only had 1 seggsual partner in my whole life for the last 3 years. I can say, you have to really go in there CONFIDENTLY and VERY comfy and having a bit more knowledge of your own body than you would have thought you already had. I thought “oh I’ve had intercourse before so i should be fine with myself going in there and taking it out.” I was wrong. Going in there, even putting it in there made me tense up and feel uneasy. I only got it out after it being stuck in the shower for 15 mins when I took a deep breath to prepare to really really put my finger as far as I can go alongside the cup trying not to push it further, I relaxed my body as much as I could (I was so shaky and scared I was going to go to the hospital to get it out for this) and I pushed it out a bit further like giving birth while squatting. I finally felt the top rim of the cup, had to give it a pretty hard pinch to take it out finally. For the last 15 mins I was only putting a third of my finger in with some pressure pain, tension from my own body, and not just GOIN IN. I also really wished I had a bit of lube or something to make this whole thing a LOT easier! Maybe I just did something wrong because I don’t think it should have ever had to be that hard or maybe it is like that but takes some mastering of many skills lol. I did NOT expect any of this.
Just took out mine too 😅. Guys don't panic if it get stuck. Go to the squat position on the floor and try inserting yr two finger around the bottom of cup and pinch it so the air goes out of cup and pull it down.

While removing, in case if u r struggling to remove through normal method and it is deep inside. Wash ur hands 1. Sit in squat position and relax. 2. Hold the stalk of cup firmly with ur index n thumb finger 3. Push it out with the help of ur body, like how u push a baby or poop. Due to this pressure it can come out easily 4. Don't forcely pull it out, while pushing through body, slightly move the cup back n forth, so tht the movement help in removing suction 5. While doing this, almost the cup will reach to ur finger, later hold the cup, pinch n pull it out.
