This video provides information about how to give evidence at court in a defended hearing. It shows you that:
• you should know what you want to say when giving evidence in chief
• when being cross-examined:
o you should answer the question truthfully
o if you don't know the answer or understand the question, say so
• the court should give you the opportunity to clarify any questions you were asked in cross-examination.
