CI/SI = 200/200+R i.e 1500/1575=200/200+r which will give 10% RATE. HUGE RESPECT FOR KAUSHIK SIR

For first year simple interest and compound interest will be same
Then you have to see
How more addition happening in next year compound interst
That is 75 then you can say 75 is interst on first years interst
Soo 75/750*100=10%😊😊

My dear brother In the Khandelwal problem you may use
Reverse method instead of allegation method at the final stage.
Because they asked D2 we presume that entire 16000 is kept
Under D1 then we get the interest
at 21% as 3360 and we are short by 144. This is because of 3% of
D2 value. So 1% is 48 and 100% of D2 is 4800.
This method we may use orally
also and save time

I suugest a easy oral method
to solve the Khandelwal D 1 and D 2 problem.
D1 21% D2 24% here we need to find principal under D2
Instead of alligation we use reverse method.
D1. 21%. and. D2.( 21+3)= 24 %
Now we work out 21% on total
amount of 16000 we get 3360
Which is 144 less than the actual
Interst of 3514 . And this difference is due to the fact that we have taken total pricipal under
D1 int rate of 21 % So this 144 is
equal to 3% value on principal
under D 2 .so 1 % of D 2 is 48 and Value of D2 is 4800
I think this way we can avoid
alligation calculation and get
answer in less time orally.
I hope you may also appreciate it.
The actual interst received may be corrected as 3504 (not 3514)
