I’ve never been able to make this work. When I first bought the kit I had a cm900 machine, tried changing settings but nothing worked. I bought new glue pens and different colour foils (all Brother). I gave up because i waisted so much. I now have a sdx1200 so tried again a little while ago. Results were a little better but not produced anything I could use.

Any contact/cold foil should work.
This is great, thank you!! How do we use the "waste" foil? Is there something like the solid hot foil plate from Pink Fresh Studio?
No there isn't. You could use it the same way you use the actual foil, just for smaller designs or alternatively, create a solid square of glue?

Sorry to hear that you didn't get on with it Sylvia. Have you tried other alternatives like the Foil Quill?
