Can you ride your motorbike to Bruges in Belgium and back in a day?

To make the most of being in the EU, James, Jess and I went to France/Belgium for the day on Le Shuttle. We went to Hermanus for lunch and checked out the historic centre. Got caught in high winds and torrential rain on the way home but had a wicked time.
