Fantastic to see Maggie back jumping. As keen as she was with that "let me at them" approach, I noticed how careful she was over the actual jump. Your smile said it all - she's back🤗

I'm glad you mentioned a martingale as so many people don't seem to use them , quite handy on a young or fresh horse, Maggie seemed to enjoy her reintroduction to jumping lol, 🤣 how lucky are you to have the field margins to hack on xx
Yes they are aren't they! I just use it as and when needed as a handy tool rather than battling to get her head down. She certainly was keen!! x

Hey, sorry for the delay in getting back to you!
I do lots of trot, pop and stop then pat and do it again.
I also do lots of getting her soft on a circle then jumping then circling until she settles down again then go to the next fence. She's better the more we do and better again when she goes to different venues instead of jumping at home. Hope that helps!
