Don't know a good inker or colorist / leterrer? Ask your artist, they probably have a shortlist of people they work best with. *Edit* Usually its a good idea to use 200 per page as a baseline when doing estimates for your first comic. Yes there are people who charge more, but on average 200 per page is a good amount to use as a base.
