I've got the same problem, bit by bit. It causes massive as I call it rain forrest effect, I have even istalled wind arches and keep windows a bit down but obviously it isn't much of a help. Thanks for sharing I can now see what's need to be done.
Well done, ive had this in my c max 2013 three garages had a look and said they had fixed it. The water comes in through the bottom rear corner in boot . You are absolutely right if not noticed the water travels through the car to the front..l
They do an entirely different job. The copper grease help *new* gaskets form a tight seal. We see a lot of cars that a brought to us caked with silicone bathroom sealant -- frankly, we would never put is anywhere near a car. If we need to use a hardening sealant, we use one of the many that are designed for use in cars. They don't shrink and remain sticky.

Chelmsford in Essex. Price depends on the work that needs to be done.
They don't mention that all this could cost up to £2000.00 to fix.
