    This time I made skirt steak and flank steak.

    In Japan, it is called harami or sasami.
    However, if cooked properly, it makes a delicious grilled meat that is full of flavor with every bite.
    Skirt steak, in particular, is often eaten with this kind of herb sauce.
    The amount of herbs in the chimichurri sauce varies depending on the person making it.
    Once you get used to it, you can arrange it with different herbs and amounts.
    If you want more sourness, you can add rice vinegar, fruit vinegar, or any other vinegar you like.
    INGREDIENTS
    🔹Chumichurri Sauce
    100ml olive oil
    2 limes
    30g parsley
    30g pak choi
    15g mint
    2 garlic cloves
    1 chili pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    🔹Japanese style marinade for meat
    300-500g of any kind meat
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sake
    1 teaspoon mirin
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 garlic clove, grated
    10g fresh ginger (grated)
    A little green onion
    🔹BBQ Marinade
    300g ribs
    1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
    2g salt
    A pinch of thyme
    1 tbsp olive oil
    You can also add cumin, paprika, garlic powder, etc. to taste.

      このレシピはポン酢をイメージして、世界中何処でも手に入る柑橘(ライム)を使っています。😊
      普通はライムの代わりにワインビネガーなどの酢を使うのが定番です。
      お勧めはライムですが、お酢を使うときは大さじ3~4杯が目安です。✨
