Mental Defect, for Mellotron with brainwave controlled modular accompaniment. The Buchla/TipTop Audio modular was controlled by a variety of my brainwaves converted to control voltages via a SoundMachines brainwave interface.

Yes it's the Mellotron 400 bass flute sample (as it appears in the M4000D Micro instrument). Thanks for checking it out.

@@mfirman I've seen some iOS apps with the Mellotron sounds, might be worth looking at. Your piece reminded me a little of the alto flute that comes in around 2:40 on this piece.

So cool. I love the idea of the Brainterface. It seems like a cool concept. I'm not sure if it's the interface or just you playing but this was very serene and engrossing.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. Everything but the Mellotron was either the modular or the Lyra-8 controlled by various brain waves.
