have to open it up.....look for a small screw next to the cassette motor....turning it one way or the other will speed up or slow it down..good luck

The speakers are mounted BACKWARDS and you did NOT show when you take the MAIN piece -> (radio) apart!! AND/OR show how to MOUNT it !!!
