Ok, this is ✨ STUNNING ✨ I admit, when I saw you putting the blue over the orange I got a wee bit nervous but no, excellent decision because she GLOWS. Brilliant work as always, but this one was most assuredly worth the risk. We put a bit of ourselves in every painting, and their purpose goes beyond their value, materials, and reception. You created this because it resonated with you and needed to come out, and I’m glad it did. One day I hope to have the confidence in my brushstrokes that you do. Very well done sir!

There is always a market for any subject I believe. Paint what's in your mind , your heart! Paint whatever you want, not just commissions. That's the feedom we artists have! And when you say .."especially with an almost quaranteed negative return on investment" , you already put that out to the universe and it will come like that!

I would like to have seen the orange pass from the background in full. I know the phase where you want to try something drastic, but it’s not easily undone on an actual painting. Your face section is clearly the winner here. I would have done a more darker blue vignetting from the outside coming in and use a sort of reverse keylighting from the back with the fire colors.

I don't play video games but even I was so intrigued by the character design for this lady that I had her picture downloaded off the internet just to marvel at the creativity of human minds. Seeing it recreated in the form of traditional art is just immensely satisfying. I am not an artist and I can't speak about the brush strokes or highlighting or stuff like that but what I can say is that my eyes are pleased and watching your painting just sooths a itch in my brain that I didn't know I had. Thank you for being so passionate about your art. It's a delight to watch.

I bet many are so thankful and happy and proud and inspired that you did the painting. And also bet many would want it and i believe there would be many public places where it could be put for many to enjoy🤔 If i had coffee shop & bar for gamers, i'd totally want that there🔥 (waiting for that lottery win)
And yeah, making art can be sucha battle, felt that "being bit off so had to start again" + doubting thru the piece, so hard. Currently trying to overcome/recover from all sorts of perfectionism etc atm, so can finally start doing more and with more freedom and love!☺️✨

I can't imagine how many hours it takes to paint that... Just a face on a 12 x 18 inches can take me up to 2 days, sometimes 2 months cause I procrastinate alotttt

This is such a great painting. Every time I see you paint something large it makes me want to try it too. I notice that when I work on larger pieces and then go back to making smaller pieces, my technical skills improve. My larger drawings might not look great or be out of proportions but my smaller drawings really improve. Thank you for inspiring me again!
