Almost everymonth would be a hot weather for a canadian, the climate in Hong Kong is sub tropical, so you will see a lot of rainstorms and hot weather.

Now that I read your comment I realize there are no bicycles at all on the central roads of Hong Kong. They are too crowded. You can see many of them, but in the New Territories and in Lantau island
