You could sage your house like other people have said or you could get a crystal that is intended for protection (like smokey quarts) and put it in a spray bottle with water and use that if smoke is an issue. I'm the one who asked about any objects or family relics you may have because there is an attachment to you. If the only thing that comes to mind is that mirror you need to get rid of it. Being native American we smudge with sage AND sweet grass TOGETHER or white pine needles and dry out the bark from the pine tree. But that's just to clear the area, we made medicine to protect our home from anything coming back in, also you HAVE TO CRACK A DOOR OR WINDOW when you smudge so w.e is in there will leave. It's not a one time fix either we have to be diligent and stay on it because these things get to know you and your family, your likes,dislikes, fears,insecurities etc they will come back rather you pray,use holy water/oil smudge, put medicine around. At my old home, where we later found out someone passed away in, there were multiple things that happened; faucets would run, doors opened, foot steps, and cold breezes. I kinda brushed it aside. One night my dad, a nonbeliever, had a dream about someone grabbing him. He woke up screaming and said someone had grabbed him; the next morning he had 3 scratched down his arm. A month later is when I started waking up everynight at 3 am for almost a month and would hear whispering. I tried saging, crystals, holy water (I'm not even religious), salt around entrances. It didnt work. It seemed to grow stronger. I even recall my friend yelling one day saying she had seen a man standing in the corner of our living room. Finally, one night I had a dream of a black shadow, couldnt wake up; when I finally did I felt like something was sitting on my chest and I could not move while whispers were going on. The next day my mom noticed scratches on my back. That is when I decided to just stop trying to stop it because I was so tired of trying. I just accepted it. As crazy as it sounds, whenever something would happen after that I would talk to whatever was there. "Dude, really again, fiiiine. Just let my finish my stuff after your antics." It started to slow down until finally it almost stopped; not completely, there were still cold breezes but it felt comfortable and I never again woke up to whispers or I basically tried to establish a roommate vibe with whatever/whoever it was. Maybe if you just acknowledge what's going on in a light "oh here we go again" way, it might help. Instead of being scared just accept it as a normal occurence. Just saying because I know how helpess of a feeling you can get when eerie/unexplainable things happen, its breaks you down and I would hate to see that happen to anyone.

I understand how it feels to get nervous or panicky when considering acting on your own with the paranormal. I used to feel the same way. Having had experiences my entire life, I totally get it. You remind me of me when I was younger. But girl, you have to claim your space when/if a spirit messes with you or your children. Negative entities feed off of fear. Basically, after a freaky experience w/my son seeing a spirit, my aunt (who is very psychic) gave me great advice, which really worked out well. You can talk to spirits, just like people, and lay down ground rules for them, tell anything negative to leave & stay away. You are obviously a strong woman. You can handle it. Actually, before you go based off someone who only has the information that the family put out to the media you should do your own research. I was the first person to call her family FROM the ship and also waited to speak with them once they arrived to the ship. they refused to speak with me and lied to the media about me not coming forward. when you started talking about your daughter it reminded me so much of my daughter. she's 6 years old and is just so smart and wise and has conversations with you like an adult would. she is also extremely empathetic and always doing the right thing and standing up to those who try to bully her or other kids in her school. she cares so much about others and she has been recently dealing with anxiety. she's just worried about things most kids wouldn't eve think of. its crazy. also i do think sage would help cleanse the negative energy. you really are just supposed to open windows to let out the negative energy and just take it very seriously and think peaceful thoughts while doing it.

When my youngest son was small he always had an overly irrational fear of the dark... like way more than I’ve ever seen a kid have especially for the fact that I was very strict with what he watched and never let him watch even somewhat questionable cartoons or anything. If anyone would accidentally turn out all the lights he would wake up and freak out screaming that “he’s watching me!” “He’s standing right there” and he’d point to the foot of where he was sleeping. When he was about 10 he spent the night at my friends house who had a son the same age as him. I didn’t tell them about what he would say just that he was scared of the dark could she make sure a night light was on. When she brought him home the next day she said I don’t want to freak you out but last night my son came into my room in the middle of the night and told me that there was a man standing at the foot of the bed watching over your son. I had never told her he always said a man watched him. He is 17 now and hasn’t seen the man in a few years but since this has happened I have been told by intuitive people that they felt it wasn’t a bad spirit it was his guardian watching over him but since he was so young he couldn’t understand this and it would scare him. With myself I have a spirit that follows me around to pretty much every place I live and I’m always seeing him out of the corner of my eye. My son and I both have over the years been sensitive to spirits (I have lots of stories) and are empathic when it comes to people’s energy

1:00:36 the mental health issues of an indigo child, I think some of it might be related to the fact they tend to be hyper-aware of all the things that are wrong in this world & in our culture. It's like the saying "to be well-adjusted in an insane world, one must be insane". Not being well-adjusted to all the wrong can lead to depression & anger issues, even if it's just about news stories and stuff in general. As a parent I know you can only protect your kids so much & teach them how to cope with the rest.

Regarding the meditation I stopped being able to meditation some years back but advised to do ti chi or yoga as the slow movement helps to slow your thoughts and aids concentration x

When my youngest son was small he always had an overly irrational fear of the dark... like way more than I’ve ever seen a kid have especially for the fact that I was very strict with what he watched and never let him watch even somewhat questionable cartoons or anything. If anyone would accidentally turn out all the lights he would wake up and freak out screaming that “he’s watching me!” “He’s standing right there” and he’d point to the foot of where he was sleeping. When he was about 10 he spent the night at my friends house who had a son the same age as him. I didn’t tell them about what he would say just that he was scared of the dark could she make sure a night light was on. When she brought him home the next day she said I don’t want to freak you out but last night my son came into my room in the middle of the night and told me that there was a man standing at the foot of the bed watching over your son. I had never told her he always said a man watched him. He is 17 now and hasn’t seen the man in a few years but since this has happened I have been told by intuitive people that they felt it wasn’t a bad spirit it was his guardian watching over him but since he was so young he couldn’t understand this and it would scare him. With myself I have a spirit that follows me around to pretty much every place I live and I’m always seeing him out of the corner of my eye.
My son and I both have over the years been sensitive to spirits (I have lots of stories) and are empathic when it comes to people’s energy

Try spraying the mirror with salt water, it's purifying. Definitely get professional eyes in there...i mean if it's some kind of attachment, well you're not going to 'want' it to go.

I’ve never heard of indigo children really but everything u explained sounds like me especially the empathy.. I’m empathetic to a fault where I can’t remove myself from someone else’s emotions/possible feelings.. and then u said they excel in so many things and I was like oh, nope. Not me but mental heath issues and I’m back! Lol I’ll have to do more research and draw my own conclusion

1:00:36 the mental health issues of an indigo child, I think some of it might be related to the fact they tend to be hyper-aware of all the things that are wrong in this world & in our culture. It's like the saying "to be well-adjusted in an insane world, one must be insane". Not being well-adjusted to all the wrong can lead to depression & anger issues, even if it's just about news stories and stuff in general. As a parent I know you can only protect your kids so much & teach them how to cope with the rest.

I wasn’t married when I made my UA-cam account but my married name is Dunagan! It’s 3am here in Alabama and I was kind of dozing off towards the very end of this video but when you said that, it woke me right up. So crazy because you don’t hear that last name much!
