Omg catrice did that to me. I had to send the foundation back and pay for shipping which was $9.83. Then they sent me the wrong shade (their fault) and still wanted me to pay fir shipping. I will not buy from their site again.
No way would I do that. You should have gone to all of their social medias and put them on blast for all to see. Company's tend to hate that and they will usually cave. But honestly what they did to you was probably even against their own return policy..havi g to pay for shipping to return their mistake? Makes zero sense. Dispute the charge with your credit card. You'll get it back. That makes me mad that they are doing that to people.
That’s bullshit. I love catrice but order there stuff on amazon so you can always return it if you need to. A lot of makeup companies that you order from the actual co website tried to charge all kinds of $$$ for sending stuff back. Trust me I know! I hate morphe but they were the only company that had a red Eyeshadow palette that I had been looking for for probably a year. Of course it came and it’s complete garbage doesn’t blend all around horrible horrible product. I called and said I needed to return it they sent me a shipping label and when I went to return it they wanted $30 to send this eyeshadow palette back that I got for 20. I was furious I fought w them for weeks. Keep emailing /calling catrice over n over so they cover the$ !!!

I just splurged and bought the dior powder no powder 🥴 I have the mini of that charlotte tilbury powder - I like it but I prefer more of like a fixing powder (I’m about to finish the huda beauty glowish powder). Sometimes we gotta treat ourselves!! Lol

I Love a mix of drugstore and high-end makeup, so I was so happy to hear you are enjoying both now! People complain about the prices, but there are some quality products that just work better for a lot of us, so we feel are worth the money! One of my favorite Foundations is the Loreal Infallible Pro Glow...it looks so good on my skin, has a nice glow without looking greasy, and I love setting it with that CT Setting powder you used! It would've been nice if Hourglass let you keep the wrong palette they shipped, and ship you the lighter one when it's back in stock, due to their error, I mean, they Can afford to do that! I shipped a skort back to Amazon with their free return label, so I could get a refund, and wouldn't you know, the darn thing got shipped back to me saying incorrect address...it was THEIR label! Too much effort again on my part to get reimbursed, so I just decided to keep/donate. I love this eye look! It made me pull out my UD Naked palette again!

I submitted a return for hourglass pallette too! They are having me send it back, how did you get them to not have to send it back?! Did you speak to them through email?
I basically explained that I had already opened it and touched it and they couldn’t sell it back so there was no reason for me to send it back unless they’re thinking about selling a used product. I was a little bitchy about it 🤣

I would very much like to hear how returns and refunds and how customer care especially works on the US, because in other countries for example Europe - Greece where I work at customer service, when you receive a wrong product or if you buy something and end up not liking it, most of the time, you can notify the store and they will probably agree to an exchange or particularly, if they sent you something wrong they will definitely sent you the correct product - but all of the times, no matter what they will require for you to return the wrong item. Granted, they won't ask you to pay the shipping costs if it was their mistake, but most stores will tell you to pay for the shipping if you bought something and you just wanted to return it, since it wasn't their fault. From what i have gathered for the US it doesn't work like that, right?

Darn, girl!😵 I am sorry you got the wrong pallette. And yes, Hourglass Cust Serv sucks too!🤷♀️ But I can't believe you don't like it. The darker is the most gorgeous of all three (my taste). I am medium skin toned, lighter than you, and the pallette works amazing-ly fine, you just need to use the proper makeup tools to avoid the heavy handed look because shades are extremy pigmented.
I do like it actually! But I wanted to buy the palette as a way to try their ambient light finishing powders and I need the ones for my skin tone :)

Pretty sure hourglass only gave u a refund because ur an influencer. Highly doubt the regular consumer would have received a refund. I hope u stuck to ur word about continuing to do drugstore videos many influencers have said that and then basically only do high end now. Only say that cause I love ur drugstore videos.
