- Field demonstration by Dr. Terence Robinson from Winter Apple School 2013 held in Henderson County, North Carolina. Dr. Robinson's presentation is on how to plant and maintain the tall spindle apple orchard system. This segment demonstrates how to prune Honeycrisp trees to enhance commercial apple production.
At last; someone who talks about pruning, knowing why he is making those cuts and what the result of doing so will be. Good, dominant, gradually tapering central leaders, with wide-angled uncluttered branches emanating from them. Splendid.
I find his teaching method and the way he delivers across his knowledge the easiest to grasp without any confusion . Great job doc. Greetings from India.
