Have you tried a different starter yet? Also make sure when you adjust the valves you do one at a time rotate to TDC than rotate again and do the second one. Intake 0.004 Exhaust 0.006 Just like when I adjusted the valves on that 10hp engine when I was over at your place that time when we filmed it.
Mando if that engine ran fine in the other mower, but now it won't run in the red mower and has the same issues, i think the belt is to tight. Try taking the belt loose and see if it starts. Starter seems to be working alright when you had the spark plug out. Gooluck man! 🇺🇸Roger
Roger the belt is off I checked the starter that’s fine I just did the valves that’s also fine I’ll check the fly wheel key that’s also fine I am stumped
@@118armando if you have the acronym called facts it should run. FACTS stands for Fuel, Air, Compression, Timing, Spark. IF those things are meet and it doesn't run, then its electrical. Goodluck my friend and contact MOWERSNBLOWERS as Henry should have a solution!
@@rogermcdonald1607 My thinking was the same so I installed a new ground because I thought that could be an issue same problem so then I took the jumper cables from my truck directly to the starter and it does the same thing

Starter / Solenoid
I had the same issue and I had a bad starter solenoid.

You think so I did pull it off and test it but let me try again
@@118armando yes I just done one back in the summer. Done the same exact thing. I bought a new starter and put on it and it was fine.
