Gwen’s not stupid, she’s actually Really smart for a 10yo. She might buy the ‘Summons alien hero’s’ thing initially, but would figure it out and fairly quickly. From the watch design to the fact the aliens all seem to be Female and are relatively human-like, then theirs their behavior with them totally attached/devoted to Ben. It would raise many questions, and she’d use whatever internet access she manages to do research. Even with Grandpa Max trying to either make up plausible excuses, and/or outright telling her to let it go.
in the comics she try to had a talk with ben about that, but the girls stop her because they want ben to find his feelings, and acept it at his own pace beacause all of them love him and want to.....

What if it makes ben more physically capable. Ben's physical body starts changing. Nobody really thinks much about it. Is muscle and bone density is increased. He stays younger a little longer than normal. Is his lifespan increase by quadruples.
When growing up be more sexually active. Some people don't realize this. When girls are around a boy that they like. Or if they receive a lot of Sexual attention from those of the same age. Even when they're around other Boys and girls their age. That start to show sexual maturity. Girls bodies put on arm race To become more sexually endowed. Due to the sexual attention between him and the aliens. Her body begins to change in order to receive some of that attention. Even make episode why that she does this with magic. After convincing her to turn back. What's the magic only gave her a future reflection of her body. They become closer, more like best friends. She unknowingly becomes a bit more protective of Ben.

Idk if this was part of this timeline or another (honestly with so many new alt worlds for these types of stories it gets confusing), but someone had Kevin I think actually dating his car, which was actually a Cybertronian girl in disguise.
I remember a voiceover for the mexican version doing that joke, with Kevin scolding Ben for being constantly "busy" with the girls, Ben introducing him to his own car (who had gained sentience from unknown means, visually looking like it was taken by a female Upgrade), and Kevin stating, dumbfunded, "tell your cousin we're over".

Out of all the Ben 10 AU stories, the Chaquetrix is my favorite.
A version of the tricks that Summons a hybrid alien instead of turning into one is a bit more versatile and allows combinations and commands with independent personalities.
This also allows a different outcome and more positive relationship with Kevin 11, where he joined the team from the beginning instead of a villain.
I feel its modifies the sample to be the most appealing sexually to the users race, while having a form of Assimulation for reproduction, insuring the offspring is a purebred of the regular version of the species

If you watched the latest to episodes of 5 years later there was a literal point where Divinity said that he killed Danny Phantom's Ben Tennyson 300 years ago from his perspective.
So yes there are probably multiple fan-made Omnitrix users but your first paragraph and your last paragraph literally make no sense on what this has to do with Ben 10.
The middle paragraphs Kevin is from the reboot and he made his Omnitrix which is stupid as hell, albedo also created his own Omnitrix but that was because the OG Creator deemed him unworthy of the Omnitrix so he created his own and the ultimatrix, and the dude from Omniverse that was just Predatrix as it was just him collecting the DNA of Ben's aliens.
Which in my opinion I think it was kind of stupid that he didn't just you know right down or get a list for each alien that been obtained and went to that home planet to get the DNA sample.
I mean he's still kind of did that but I think it would have been cool to see every single Alien's predator.
