  • Hi Pilates Lovers!
    This 30 minute workout will work you to your core! Literally :) Here I use a combination of different pilates moves to target all areas of the core.
    Building your core strength is vital for posture, back and spinal health, and overall strength. I know I bang on about core strength, but it really is the foundation for improving your overall strength! So join me for this 30 minute session, and let's get those core's burning!

    This was a tough routine. The slow deliberate pace adds a further challenge. Lots of balance, too. The last plank exercise was hard: keeping your hips square is not easy when you extend your arm. TY!

    Wow! Just amazing.Core-centered, but a bit of everything e.g. the leg pull section felt like great work in the shoulders as well. Your cues "navel up and in, hips level" etc. during the finisher were invaluable to helping me keep good form. I did have to drop to my knees when we lifted one arm: so challenging!. Thank-you!

    It's a great work out. Longer sessions like 45mins will be awesome to work core and take care of the back.

    thank you Ange! I change up your workouts throughout the entire quarantine, and today I came back to this, on which hand you have the McKenzie challenge, I made it through the challenge realizing how my body has gained strength and endurance. Yes, I trembled and shook but my core kept me centered!

      Christine Hardy sorry to hear about your wrist. You can take the option on your elbows not your hands and once your wrist is strengthened try using yoga blocks to take the flexion out of the wrist joint. Glad to hear you are on the mend 😍😍
